Wish I could rate the food, but unfortunately we didnt get any service. We were shown to our table 15min later we were still waiting to see a menu. Theres like 30 servers, not one greeted us or gave us a menu.Dont think well come back. Come here if you want a day out and have a lot of time to wait. Dont come here if youre hungry.

As a first time visitor, it was a bit confusing as to what the facility has to offer, and where to find everything. But once exploring was out of the way I enjoyed the vibe, with lot to do. Acrobranch was the highlight of the day for my kids, although a bit expensive given the duration they have spent on the facility. The outdoor restaurant area was good, with enjoyable food but below-average service. Would recommend a visit with the kids if you have a willing budget.

Food is good but the milkshakes are watered down the the point of being bland as you are mostly drinking flavored crushed ice. The service so slow by the time the 7th persons food arrived the first two were almost done.
