We were at the hospital for a doctors appointment and decided to have lunch. We had ordered Chicken strips & Chicken Schnitzel and chips along with salad. To our surprise the food was out of the world! The coffee was very nice, crisp and fresh. The service was also superb and the overall experience was 5/5 which you usually don’t find at the hospital. Guys please keep up the good work & keep us busy with good, delicious & fresh food 👍🏽

Very slow service. I waited for about 15 minutes for a waiter to take my order. I eventually had to go to the counter to place my order. The chicken mayo sandwich had a very weird sweet taste to it, turns out they add coleslaw to the filling. The waitress then immediately presented me with my bill as she was clearing my plate without checking if I required anything else, as if I needed to leave immediately. None of the staff seem happy to be there.

Food is really good. The burgers are super delicious.

I ordered a regular cappuccino - the server immediately tried to super-size my order by trying to get me to buy a mega cappuccino instead. Not really what I expect from a food outlet within a hospital. The cappuccino itself was at best mediocre and it came at a hefty price.

A hospital coffee shop that is bright with good service. It is never nice to go to hospitals but this coffee shop makes the waiting time more bearable.

The Prices for most of the menu Items are outright a rip off. Paying R62.00 for half of a Brown Bread roll, with Literally 1 piece of bacon, 5 small slices Avo, 2 cherry tomatoes, 4 tiny blocks feta and some honey mustard sauce. No butter on the roll, not toasted, so it was soggy. With some over salted fries, so dry you could kill someone with them.The coffees are watered down.

A very bad service i experienced today at this coffee shop. i was served a cold coffee and when i made them aware they just warmed it up. i have had at least 2 coffees a day for 6 weeks this year and just this once when the coffee tastes awful... i was told there is nothing they can do as they make the coffee the same. Lowinda you are super rude and have zero customer care.
