I bought 2x tyres for my car yesterday. I first called the outlet and a very helpful young man by the name of Athi took my call he was very helpful, if this was a review based only on his service it would be 5 stars.I called to inquire about the tyres. Dunlop 205/55/R16. I was told by the gentleman that the tyres were on special today. R1240 for 2. This was a very good deal because I usually buy those tyres at the same establishment for around 800 each.Athi then took me to see the tyres which I found odd cause Ive always had my tyres changed there and never was I ever taken to the back to see the tyres. Before he could show me the tyres they called him out front for a customer (while I am also a customer) alas, another gentleman was then tasked to show me the special tyres.The gentleman siffs through the tyres and shows me the Dunlop 205/55/R16 and says nali it hayi bra I said shap, why are you showing me you have never shown me before he says its good to know what you are buying.The tyres are fitted and Im happy. I get to my apartment around 6 and I notice the stickers that they use to identify the wheel that needs changing on my mags so I go to remove them and to my surprise, I see they had fitted the Sumotumo 205/55/R16 which I have bought there prior for 680 per Tyre.Had I known, I wouldve spent the extra R100 and got the tyres I was promised. I trusted them to deliver since you cant go into the workshop because there is a big warning saying No customers beyond this point.I will probably still go there for my tyres because the service itself is 5 stars I would be lying if I said the staff arent friendly or the technicians are not efficient. I hope this was an isolated incident. However it really left a bad taste in my mouth.

After sale service is the worst thing ever...bought a battery and they fitted it wrong, they sent me to battery centre and was told the poles are damaged and they couldnt give me a loan battery, my car was just sitting in my yard as the one I got from battery centre was also old and I had to use public transport as they were waiting for my old one to return in order for them to make a final decision on what do it
