The staff are very helpful. Even though they are really busy they communicate the waiting time clearly helping you to manage your expectations.The Covid-19 protocol is observed and all the staff wear masks. Waiting chairs are also clearly demarcated and sanitiser is available at the door.

I had a great experience. Good reception by staff. Very professional staff . It took me less time to have my puncture attended to. The staff were willing to do more. I look forward to visiting again...

Great service from Tiegen at TWT, Mthatha. My daughter is doing her comm serve in with Eastern Cape and recently, her tyre was damaged and had to be replaced. It was difficult for me being in Cape Town, however, I spoke to Tiegen at TWT and he managed the whole process from sourcing the tyre to fitting and balancing, and alignment and kept me updated all the way. This gave me a peace of mind! Tiegen was courteous, helpful and understanding of all my requests. Thank you and keep up the great work Tiegen!

This is the 3rd time in a row that im not getting any Joy from TWT Mthatha. 1st time they had my mileage reflecting incorrectly on my invoice of which they sorted with no issues. 2nd time it was the same mileage issue but this time around I told them that my mileage must reflect accurately on my invoice Please and that never happened and I complained and was given attitude. Next day i was called to rate their service and I did and was told they would take it up with the branch. Yesterday I visited the branch again and everything seemed fine until I opened my boot later only to find my sub and amp wiring had been snapped off and the sub which has velcro underneath had been lying on side side. So the Technician mean he physicallybripped it off and didnt bother about reporting the wires that are now dangling. So i have resorted to NEVER USING THEM AGAIN.

I was assisted by Kennedy (Kenny). Excellent service. The moment I parked my car, he came straight to me and asked how he could help. I explained. He literally assessed my car right where it was and took some details as he was assessing it. I habe never seen anything like that in Umtata. Then we went into the room where he helped me with a quote for my tyred. Nope...Im not done. He even educated me on Nitrogen injection into the tyres. He explained everything so well. I am definitely going to come here all the time

Punctured our tyre on the way home from holiday at Hole-in-the-Wall. We called ahead to reserve a tyre. Chuma was absolutely amazing. He called us to check that we were okay before we got there and upon arrival he and his team swiftly did the tyre change and we were on out way again in 30 to 40 minutes.
