No towels sometimes, TVs only playing sabc. No aircon.

Lady at the reception was rude when we told her that the room 8 was not good for us

When they say you get what you pay for, this is what they mean. Their adverts boast Free secure parking, but nowhere do they tell you that the so-called free parking comes with an unwelcome morning call at 05h55 to come and move your car. I would have happily gone elsewhere and paid a bit more to get undisturbed sleep. This kind of treatment of paying guests is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. The only reason Im even giving a star is the friendliness of the front staff. I checked in just before midnight and the lady and gentleman at reception were really nice. And they are the ones who have to deal with the wrath of unhappy guests, when its the management that is responsible for the false advertising. I can assure you that I will be reporting this experience to the relevant department as well as tourism industry associations.

The Mtata Inn,A great place to overnight!A Clean cosy room with a shower and toilet ensuite.Very economical. A kettle and microwave oven is provided in the lobby.Within walking distance to shops etc.Percy Martin.

This was the shittest accomodation I have ever slept in. Everything from bedding to the room is horrible. Would not recommend it to anyone
