Id like if if they would at least answer their phone especially at Repairs. It is frustrating to have to wake up in vain for something I would have asked over the phone.

The 1st thing that impressed me with the employees of this establishment is that, they pray before the 08h00 opening time. Twice, I got attended to by a young lady by the name of Busi. Her calm easy going character and professionalism made it such a pleasure doing business with Vodacom.

Hahaha let me just laugh cause its too difficult not too. let your phone have an issue or lose your slip that your phone is in repairs and staff make you feel as your whole life coming to an end. they need help in listening talking basics!!!! then customer care they will have a good convo while 15 people are waiting !!!!!
