A place with friendly and willing to help staff who always wear a smile in their faces. They sell cell phones at an affordable prices. Contracts of data are sold like fat cakes with small tariffs

This store offers the worst service that I have experienced in all my life, their systems have been down for 2 full weeks now and customers are being dismissed. I couldnt peform a sim swap for over 2 weeks, when they were offered assistance by the Johannesburg office the stuff could not even do follow up on the progress. The presence of this store in Mthatha has caused more inconvenience than when it was absent, it was far better when we used to travel to East London and receive outstanding services. Poor management and a stuff full of attitude.

Customer service very poor.. The sales lady that assisted me for the router seem not to have knowledge about the whole procedure... The cancellation of contract seem to be a big deal... Not in life my life to have a telkom device...

The customer service is deprorable. No one knows anything about the services nor the devices. These people work like they did not learn to work there. More than disappointed with their attitudes and their assistance. Rather remove the contact number if no one answers it anyway no matter what time you call.

Service is terrible. Their network has been down for 2days now and they cant even tell you when it will be back. Useless store. Might as well just close it down.

There will not be anyone to attend your queries unless you be in the Q for hours and either dont expect that anyone will attend your call ever on the store contact number.

The service is very poor, consultants are unfriendly and when you call the telephone line is always engaged and when it sometimes rings no one ever picks up
