Very clean, classy and homely. Friendly staff who go out of their way to ensure one is comfortable.Downside is the transparent 🪟 window blinds, which makes it possible for a person outside the window to view what is happening in the bathroom, which is really a place of privacy.

My stay was exceptional. Lovely cosy beautiful accommodation. The room was fully equiped with everything you need, tv, bar frigde, microwave,hairdryer, air-conditioning , electric blanket for those cold nights. Everything in the room was clean, it is indeed great value for money. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Thank you for giving my family a comfortable stay.

Reception was amazing and the place is beautifully styled, neat and easily accessible. I enjoyed my stay and was able to rest comfortably.

Enjoyed my stay here. We exprienced load shadding. They had a generator ready for that. The receptionist was very nice. Loved the fact that their rooms had aircondition, iron and ironing board and king size bed.

We paid for something that we didnt get, the accommodation was on point we enjoyed our night, the problem was the breakfast we booked bed and breakfast only to found out no breakfast

Positive: Cleanliness, room was spacious.. Negative: Breakfast was not communicated at check in as a matter of fact we did not eat breakfast there. Wifi password was not given to us until we asked for it. The two guys we met at the reception were not as friendly..

I enjoyed my stay at Shoes. The establishment has a silent generator for curbing the Eskoms load shedding. My room was clean and smelling pleasant. I would definitely come back.

The guesthouse is beautiful and neat. We booked two rooms at a very affordable rate. Our room though, was quite small and moving around was tricky (at times) but the large bathroom really made up for that minor inconvenience. The lady at the reception was friendly and professional.

Positiv: Beste bzw. einzige brauchbare Unterkunft in der Gegend. Wer auf der Durchreise ist kann hier gut Übernachten - leider hat die Gegend keine positiven Schlagzeilen in der letzten Zeit gemacht. Eigenes abgsichertes Gelände mit Parkplatz.. Negativ: TV klein - schlechter Empfang - fettige Fernbedienung, Bad hinter Schranktür, Flecken am Bett, Panikbutton - anscheinend für Personen mit Behinderungen, ansonsten wie bereits angesprochen - für eine Nacht ganz passabel..

Negativ: Morgenmaden var utilstrækkelig, og man skulle selv bede om det man skulle have. Ikke ret meget service. Byen er et sted man skal gå langt uden om, den virker helt lovløs..

Positiv: Auf Nachfrage bekam ich ein größeres Zimmer. Negativ: Die Rezeption war augenscheinlich durch die Köchin besetzt. Im Lobbybereich hingen zwei weibliche Angestellte herum, die keinen sehr freundlichen Eindruck vermittelten..

Positiv: Gute Zimmerausstattung: Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, TV mit englischsprachigen Nachrichtensendern, WLAN, Klimaanlage, Kaffe- und Teezubehör. Abgesichertes Gelände mit Parkplatz.. Negativ: Versteckt in einem Siedlungsgebiet, ohne Navi schwer zu finden. Die Zufahrtstrassen teilweise in schlechtem Zustand. Nur je ein Handtuch pro Gast. Im Zimmer nur eine Steckdose (wie überall im Südafrika, keine Steckdosen im Bad), so dass man den Kühlschrank und die Mikrowelle ausstecken muss, wenn man das Handy laden oder sich das Haar föhnen will. Heizung defekt (es war sehr kalt) und das Heizen mit der Klimaanlage war nicht wirklich effektiv. Die metallene Bodenleiste zwischen dem Zimmer und dem Bad nicht befestigt. Das Frühstück für südafrikanische Verhältnisse sehr teuer (120 ZAR/Person)..

Positief: Ontbijt was redelijk. Het bed was prima, maar de badkamer verouderd.. Negatief: Mthatha is geen toeristenplaats. Goed voor 1 nacht op doorreis..

Positif: La sécurité, la proximité de commerces (en voiture). Négatif: Pas grand chose à reprocher à ce logement qui a bien fait laffaire pour son prix mais plusieurs choses un peu moyennes : létat général de la chambre et en particulier de la salle de bains qui auraient besoin dun gros rafraîchissement. Des choses cassées ici et là, dont la pomme de douche de la baignoire. La tête du lit part en lambeaux, dont on retrouve les miettes sur les draps. Ne pas laisser la fenêtre de la chambre ouverte car les voisins peuvent brûler leurs déchets dans leur jardin et vous enfumer. Attention, si vous réservez pour 2 adultes et un enfant, sachez quil ny a quun seul lit (double) et que lon vous fournira un matelas à mettre au sol pour lenfant. Chambre indiquée pour jusquà 2 adultes et 3 ou 4 enfants, franchement non, pas assez de place. Enfin, petit déjeuner assez cher (120 rands) et pas à la hauteur (à notre goût)..

Positiv: Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit. Die beiden Frauen haben uns bei allen Fragen sehr geholfen. Eine Mitarbeiterin hat uns bis zum Supermarkt begleitet. Ein großes Lob an das Personal.. Negativ: Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, und das Badezimmer ist begehbar durch eine Schranktür. Das WIFI ist nur sehr schwach, so dass wir uns die meiste Zeit im Speiseraum aufgehalten haben..

Positif: Rien de spécial. Négatif: Le côté austère de la chambre,tout était noir. Le manque d insonorisation..

Positiv: Personal war super freundlich.. Negativ: Wir hatten keinen Ventilator oder auch keine Klimaanlage, war sehr heiß in diesem kleinen Zimmer..
