Good Accomodation except cold water in my room in this cold weather...hoping this to be improved

1. The place does not look as professional as it is on the adverts because of the following:1.1 The place had a problem of Wi-Fi such that my boss had to use a room without it.1.2 On Thursday nite there were guys or guests who came with alcohol in side the premises and were making noise drinking alcohol and sitting outside my bosss room, playing loud music right in the middle of the night until dawn.1.3 This is not acceptable at our office as our work demands a quiet environment as we are dealing with auditing work, working on highly prestige work that needs one to fill concentrate on what he was doing.1.4 If we knew what kind of treatment we was awaiting at this Lucolo place we would have cancelled our bookings immediately as it contravenes with the rules and regulations of our audit office.1.5 As someone who organised this accommodation for the 3 of us, AGSA staff members, I was very embarrased and had to apologize profusely to my Bosses for the bad situation I put them on.

The place looks beautiful and the staff are very welcoming and friendly, but the towels are too dry they still need to improve the quality of towels, other than that everything is satisfactory
