My mothers Rav-4s automatic gearbox stalled and was taken into this dealership on the 15th of December 2020, it is still under warranty. Her car is still with the dealership and not fixed, she has been taken back and forth and told that the gearbox was taken to Joburg. Does it take this long to fix a gearbox?
