Enters apartment without letting me the account payer know , falsely accusing my fiance of information...letting builders in during covid without masks or the cleaning staff without masks, I was not informed builders will be doing work 8 to 5 for 2 days in my apartment, claimed to have told fiancé which was not the case and accused fiancé of lieying...90% of the time no wifi, bad services in the apartment...given false information and land lady tends to shout unnecessarily and rudely, fraud sign of cctv on premises but there is no cameras or security...not worth the cost

Awesome view and people are friendly. Apartment is well equipped and has all you need for a good stay. Will however be better if carpets are professionally cleaned.

We loved our time at Kay Cera. The host and staff were amazing and super friendly. The views are great and the place is kept super clean at all times. Perfect place to stay for any trip to Mossel Bay.

Excellent accommodation great little guesthouse

Horrible place for the price! There is places at the same price for a flat, not even guest house services! Owner is rude and makes you uncomfortable. Stayed 4 month, on our last week we HAD to be interupted for fitting a new kitchen counter all of a sudden. Cant wait till its vacant? 1 star is to much!

Stunning.

Extremely friendly hostess and staff, only 2km from the beaches, very quiet area allowed the wildlife relaxed enough to be roaming practically on our doorstep, my son loved it. Aparments are kept neat and tidy.

THE PLACE IS VRY WEL MANAGED-EVERYFUCTURE FITS IN VERY WEL-BEDDING TOWELS-WHTE CLEAN ANF FRESH-THE LY-OUT ARE VERY GOOD AND SEA VIEW IS EXCRLENT OPEN AND BEUTAFUL ! THE SEROUNDING NATURE IS PART OF THIS EXCELENT ACCOMODATION AND THE SELFCATERING HAS EVERY THAT YOU NEED.WEL DONE SUE ! !
