Quiet and peaceful.Grounds kept clean with access to the river.Kids enjoyed the free daily train rides.Heated pool, clean and invitingMany permanent campers around giving the impression its more of a trailer park than a holiday destination.Ablutions needs serious upgrading. Clean with warm water but very outdated and quite frankly it ruined my whole experience.Owner/Manager very rude and made us feel like lodgers rather than paying customers - no problem with rules and regulations but his attitude was a little off-putting.

Lovely farmlike atmosphere with river for fishing,if tides are right,we love and enjoy it here,peaceful

If there was a 7star option I would rate it 7stars. Amazing place!!!! Me and the family had an absolute blast!!!! Definately going back there as soon as possible.

This campsite belongs to the Seventh Day Adventists. More suitable for school groups. Huge grass and shaded campsites right on the waters edge. Ablutions, although clean, needs a serious upgrade, very very old. No alcohol allowed, even at your own site.

Even though the heated pools were under construction my family had thee most AMAZING vacation. Diaz heated pools were not far away. Scenery is stunning and very safe with loads of activity for the kids. We are sad to be leaving.

Nice and safe for camping and that is as far as it goes. The bath room facilities are much to be desired and if there is more than one person showering....well chaos! The hosts are very receptive, note religious restrictions apply.

Just got here, and first time too .Place is green, next to a beautiful flowing fiber.No sound systems allowed so atmosphere is peaceful and stressfree.Perfect place to relax and enjoy nature

Second time visiting today only for a braai with friends camping. Thirst time camping was in Desember 2015.Nice and safe for camping. Lovely views and serenity.It is so peacefull and quiet.Swimming pool is cool and refreshing. Just note on Saturdays it will be closed.My only negative point is: Ablutions, although clean, needs a upgrade. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Went to a company function at the resort. Venue equiped for a get to gether including swimming pool, camping for the naturelovers, all facilities that you would need when camping.

Facilities are old and broken and not very clean. Bathrooms had no toilet paper.Terrain is poorly maintained and dry.Reception was friendly but unclear that they keep part of your deposit for braai.Alcohol is strictly forbidden, as well as music from your car, plus a whole host of other rules.The site is more of a resort for permanent caravan / tent dwellers than a holiday resort, certainly the churchs charity project.
