Rarely does one get service that goes over and above the call of duty, but I experienced this at The Nursery in Mossel Bay of Wildan the manager or owner who went out of his way to select a beautiful plant by telephone, a special pot go buy, plant it and download it to family who have lost so that their broken hearts could at least get a little ointment.
