Kloofsig 505 was absolutely beautiful. What a clean, well looked after accomodating apartment. The host was amazing and everything was done quickly and efficiently. The main beach is only a 5 minute drive away and the smaller beach a nice walk away. I will definitely be coming back again! Thank you for an amazing stay!

Great holiday flats!

Kloofsig was one of the best stays i had in the Mossel Bay area. The place is need and tidy. Will refer people to stay there at anytime

I recently ventured on a holiday(9-11August 2019) with 5 other friends and made use of the rental (Kloofsig 505) accommodation made available by Bianca on well known site. We were extremely excited to spend time together, seeing as this was a well planned reunion. Disgusted by the treatment that all parties associated with this rental provide. Airbnb should really look into who they allow as rental owners . We were treated with so much disrespect upon arrival. Little welcome and surety of comfortable stay was given. We were told that the area experienced high volumes of break-ins , but was told in the same breath with a smirk that we were only granted one parking space. The unit caters for 6 people which was all well ,until we were told on arrival that one unit only makes provision for one car. This would be pivotal information as we are travellers coming various provinces. This information was mention on arrival with attitude and discernment. After a long debate as to questioning why parking which was clearly available, as it was not peak season couldnt be made available Magda (caretaker) said that break-ins are all over and we need to deal with it. Worried and with concern we constantly question and finally were told we could contact Bianca. With constant back and forth questioning we were finally allowed to park one more car in the complex that was bare of cars. We then invited to 2 other friends to join us for a braai. The complex rules stated that if unit holders had visitors they could occupy visit parking for 48 hours. Magda(caretaker) eagerly ran towards us as she watched most of us like a hawk through her peeping window. She told us that our current visitors who were visiting for under 2 hours at the time had to remove their cars. Faced with the idea of theft and deliberately putting our cars at risk once again I went to ask her what the issue was as the rules allowed it. She refused to speak English to me at the time and continued to answer in afrikaans , used as a mechanism that came forth to prove some form of authority and belittlement. She then opted to shout in answer , when asked for a valid reason for her actions I was told that if I keep asking questions she would keep giving answers. This my dear serves no answer!I wish her actions were recorded. Its sad that racism and people like Magda and Bianca exist in the holiday industry as they care only about the money entered into their bank accounts but care little for the pre and post services offered with such.
