This appartment building overlooks a lovely beach area in Mosselbay. It has a secure parking area and easy access to the appartments through a lift located in the centre of the building.The beach is located about a 100 meters from the front of the building. Unfortunately due to the beach being surrounded in appartment buildings a lot of it is covered in shadow in the afternoon. The chemical smell permiating the area really distracts from the overall good experience.
