20/10 is all I can say. My husband and I spent one night at this beautiful place and I regret not booking another night.Tranquilitl with privacy guaranteed. Neat and tidy with modern touches.We will most definitely spend another weekend at this little piece of heaven.

We were extremely disappointed. No idea how their rating can be so high. Consider alternatives, since there are many other options in town with similar ratings!-Cleanliness issues (dirty towels/sheets, pool very dirty).-Unprofessional experience from beginning until right now: 1) Even though we arrived at the time that we mentioned upfront, there was nobody at the property opening the door for us. We then called the phone number that was written at the door and nobody picked up the phone, so we had to wait quite a bit to enter the house. They apologized but still not really the kind of experience that you expect from a house with a good rating (looking at previous reviews, this is not the 1st time). 2) We were blamed by the manager that we didn’t appear for breakfast that they prepared for us even though we clearly communicated to the owner that we wouldn’t be at the house during their breakfast hours. Ridiculous that we have to feel bad about food waste during our vacation, which wasnt even our fault. 3) We were blamed again by the manager that we forgot to do the payment (when leaving the house, she didn’t mention there is still an outstanding amount), even though we were clearly told by the owner to just return keys to the manager when leaving the property (and assumed the money will just be deducted from the credit card we provided - as in some other of our previous guesthouses). 4) We received many messages, calls and mails that the credit card we provided does not work - it turned out they used the credit card number from somebody else in combination with my cards expiry date and security code! Obviously this doesnt work!!! Never received a note that they were finally able to deduct the $$$ after I gave them the hint to use the correct details. Overall just a communication disaster! Not a surprise when the owners seem to spend just minimal effort.Positive note: flexible check out time was arrange for us which we appreciated
