Wow!! What an amazing facility. Ever in Mosselbay, you have to drop in at Eden. They will make you feel right at home. They offer every training type from conventional to modern. They are full crossfit equiped and affiliated, not only that. They have all the gym based equipment needed for standard hypertheropy or fitness training. They have space for the fighters, lifters, Crossfitters, youngsters, pensioners and everything in between. Love it!!

My happy place - crossfit charisma is a place where you feel like family

High quality equipment. Good for crossfit as well as commercial gymming. Warm water in showers. Clean. Unfortunately no scenic views to serve as motivation, but thats a minor issue =P

Intimately sized gym, the people are really friendly though and it has everything you would need. Crossfit classes are pretty good as well (Crossfit Charisma).
