It is so convenient. Close to beach, shops, car wash etc. I do think that the equipment needs some attention however, the friendly and helpful staff make up for that.

Great gym, reasonable price and conveniently located in the Hartenbos Seefront. 90 minutes free parking for visitors to the gym

This gym facility is very nice, clean and a truly motivating experience. The instructors are very helpful. They have aerobics and spinning classes every weekday and I would highly recommend these classes if you are new to your fitness journey or just struggle with routine or motivation.

Great gym in all aspects. Only one thing missing. An indoor track to do some running as an alternative to running on a Treadmill

Excellent gym and equipment!! Truly such a great gym in terms of location, value for money, equipment offering, dumbells, machines, staff, bathrooms and ao much more! Being on holiday was able to either pay for one day or for the week!

Very clean, great atmosphere. Staff are always very friendly and happy to see you, been going here for about 15 months now.

Good variety of equipment and helpful, friendly staff. Neat and tidy gym. The only one in town with a pool so thats a bonus.
