It is always speedy service and the employees are very polite and helpful. I have been here more time than I could count and have never been disappointed by the food or service. Wel done.

It was just before 10pm before they closed, but they waited till the very last minute, and then helped us with such friendly service! I definitely recommend them!

My experience @ the drive through wasnt so pleasent, with regards to the food which we ordered. The food was cold and our burgers had some little drops of sauce on it. It was dry... I dont know if a staff member accidently through too much salt on the chips or.....

I like Mac at Langerberg because the staff are always willing to help with smile and also you dont wait long time to get your order,very neat always

I visited McDonalds in Mosselbay at 5 :30 on Thursday the 5 August and their service was well below their normal standard. Practically every vehicle going through the drive through were told to eait in the Grill bay. When the food was eventually brought out to us it was lukewarm. Very disappointing.

Ive never received such kind, fast and happy service. The place was packed and so was the drive through. I thought wed wait in the queue for a while but they really out did themselves. Im saying this from a place were I generally go to fancy establishments, that the service I received at mc Donalds was better than the One and Only in cape town. Thank you.

Check your order before leaving. I always order Double Quarter Pounder or Chilli Cheese double, 9/10 times they gave me single meals.

Fresh warm chips and fresh lettace! Yum! Went through extra trouble to get my kid another toy for his happy meal, as he already received the one he got.

I cant even give a star the app makes me give one, the service is bad not friendly staff. We had to wait 25 min for a drive thru order And our order wasnt up to standard. Wouldnt recommend them

The service is quick and most of all the servers were approachable and cordial.

McDonalds is the only take away we buy, but how disappointing tonight. Cold and definately old chips and a COLD patty, with almost no sauce on it and all of the 5 burgers were soggy, there was water in the bottom of the containers. Dont know what went wrong but if this is the type of quality we must be happy with then we need to move along and find a better place to spend our money. Very friendly and polite staff but the food was dreadful!!!! Not use to this kind of food quality. Money well wasted.

Not happy at all about the service I received from them last night. My burger was completely dry. It had no lettuce and tomato on, when I enquired about they said they’ve run out of those. I’ve attached pictures of the food I got.

Terrible service. Asked for FRESH AND CRISPY chips. Said I will wait for new ones. Not heated up floury ones. But very quick after. Received exactly that. Gave it back. Repeated Ill wait. Went to wait. They came back with a smirk on the face. Which tells me they literally just reheated the chips to shut me up. I was told last time to ask for crispy when I want fresh and crispy but apparently the staff cant do their job right. Fix it!!

Very dissapointed! They got our order completely wrong. We only noticed when we got home (10km from McDs) that we obviously got someone elses order. It cost us about R50 more, and was a waste as we dont like the McNuggets etc that we got instead of our bugers. It was just too late and windy (and with a newborn and tired 6yr-old) would have been too much effort to drive all the way back to get the right order. Really unhappy!

Masks seems so be optional when working in the kitchen and for dinners.

Loving the new set up inside, placing and customizing our order was an awesome experience. Much quicker service.

Amazingly equipped to handle operating during COVID 19. Staff are friendly and I can see them sanitizing and wearing masks. Even my takeaway cup was sanitized! They are cool, calm and efficient :)
