Really unprofessional, I mean how long does a report take. They dont even bother calling clients back after leaving numerous messages, but hey they have their moola so why would they be bothered. I think they should reshuffle their staff a bit and give attention to the word EFFICIENCY.

Such bad service. Waiting from 2 days till a week and a half for 4 damage reports. Every time a different excuse.

I paid for LG fridge doors to be replaced, Half the job was complete with damage to the one door. No response from them after repeated requests. I would not recommend this company.

Absolutely appalling service. I gave in a de longhi coffee machine for fixing at the beginning of Dec 2020. To date (mid March 2021), 3 months later, i have still not received it - all sorts of excuses. Would not recommend their services at all.Update: 6 months have now passed, and the machine is no where in sight.
