I find their service to be pathetic, in the last 12 months I have had two appointments with them to come to my place to repair something and it is the SECOND time that they do not honor their appointment. The woman just could not care and just kept on saying ok well make it for friday then. The food in my fridge is spoiling because of their inept scheduling and couldnt car less attitude. I will most assuredly not buy another Samsung product so I never have to use them ever again.

I called them to find out if they do house calls to repair appliances, they do and it costs R550 for a call out. They will give you a quote for the repair, if you accept the quote they will get the parts and then come and do the repair at your house.
