Great lunch. Tomato and Basil soup was nice as was the Californian. Quick, friendly service. Will stop here again. Hand sanitizer on table was a nice touch.

I am usually tired when I arrive here so it is easy to be impatient. However, I find the lady behind the coffee & muffin counter friendly, no matter the hour - well done! While we waited, we could share a light moment and I could refresh for the next leg of my journey. Keep it up.

We often use this M and B because we love the food, and how quickly one gets the food.However, today we had a bad experience. After 20 mins our food had not yet arrived. When we queried they said they were waiting for the chips. Our food arrived after 25mins and it was obvious that the eggs had been cooked early and waited for the chips. Also, the coffee cups were mismatched with saucers, and coffee cups only half full. We missed Stacey who always gives us fantastic service.We will try once more, but after that well go to Wimpy across the road.

We have been going there over the years and always had a great experience. However today was a total disaster. The place is in a horrible state, staff unfriendly, waiter placed the menus on the table and never came back to ask what we wanted to order. The staff didnt even get off their cellphones when we walked out of the restaurant. Shocked.

Good food but a pity that the restaurant is so dirty and full of irritating flies. Outside tables not even set up and windows so dirty. If the restaurant was clean and fly free, would have given it a 5-star. As the first garage with a restaurant on the N2 after Albertinia, I expected a lot more.

Despite us have a large table of 10, including 5 very hungry young adults, we receive our large and complex breakfast order promptly and very accurately. Coffees were delicious and huge and all of us thoroughly enjoyed our travel break and breakfast. At a cost of less than & 90.00 per person it was exceptional value for money as well!!

Great food and great service.

Not the best place, coffee was good, but food was not so much. There is also a TV mounted on the wall of which the volume was so loud that we couldnt have a proper conversation. Might have been a once off thing.

As usual you cannot do better than Mugg! Anywhere in the country you will not be disappointed. Well done.

My son is diabetic. And after making it clear to them that he cant have suger or ice cream in his iced coffee that he just wanted a skinny iced coffee they stuffed up the order and his level went above 20 Even after i asked them again did they put suger or ice cream in they came back with oh it must have been the powder. No apologies or nothing just oh but his ok.

Friendly and very prompt when it comes to customer service.Food are well cooked and fresh.M&B is my favorite place to eat and the branch in Mosselbay are the top place in South Africa.

Lovely new LowCarb breakfast options added to the menu. And installed the loyalty app today what a breeze to pay my account.

Dont expect any service! Music is always as if your walking into a club or the SABC Soapies are play so load you cant hear each other.9 out of 10 times youll be disappointed.

Good selection, everything on the menu is delicious, but they are always busy- make sure a waiter helps you on the way in otherwise you will be sitting for a while before someone helps you.

Would be great if only staff wouldnt always be chatting together. Takes a while for you to get their att. Had sandwich..no brown bread! no sweet potatoes as they offered bot did compensate with lhalumi cheese

Very disappointed when looking forward to have good meal after a long trip just to discover that they are closed when google maps stated they are open. Please check your trading hours.

20 minutes for a cup of coffee, dirty cutlery, and staff with bad attitudes that cannot be bothered to service customers since chatting super loud to each other is more important. Its been 2 years and no improvement.
