This is the most beautiful property with a breathtaking sea view of Mossel Bay. The staff were so pleasant, warm and welcoming and could not do enough. The rooms were beautifully decorated and spotless with the use of an open fire, tea making facilities and TV if we wished. The beds were extremely comfortable and Breakfast was included and was cooked fresh for us each morning. We had an early start on our second morning so the staff kindly offered and made us a lovely packed lunch as we would miss breakfast. I would highly recommend this guest house to my friends and family and I think that says enough 😊

We went there for the night yesterday 28th July The lady who received from reception, made it an exceptional experience. Would recommend anyone to go there. She was such an amazing hostess. It is a house that was converted in a hotel. The room and also the bathroom are huge and very comfortable.The view is amazing.The hotel star a 10 minutes walk from most of the restaurant. The breakfast is simple but good

Excellent hotel/B&bProbably the friendliest staff we have ever encountered at any hotel, nothing was too much trouble and they went to the effort of helping us with our bags, explaining literally everything about the area, the rooms, facilities, and things to do. They even helped us arrange a Whale Watching trip (unfortunately due to mechanical issues we couldnt go but that is out of their control).The breakfast was nice , and the view from the balcony was very serene.The room itself was clean, warm with a comfortable bed, and a lovely bathroom (the only picture I took of the entire place!)However, WiFi signal was quite weak in our room and we seemed to run out of hot water half was through running the jacuzzi bath, however it was enough to use and didnt really detract from the overall enjoyment of our stay.We even had our hire car cleaned!

Perfect! This word describes the hospitality, food, rooms, atmosphere, and view of the ocean. We spent a week at Lavandula Manor and we are sad that we are leaving. If the future allows us, we would definately be back again. Thanks again Marie-Louise, Lize and all the staff.

We spent the night at Lavandula on our way to Cape Town. What a fantastic experience! Welcoming, friendly staff, greeted us and showed us to our beautiful room. Well appointed and spacious - comfortable bed, large bathtub, rain shower, dstv, kitchenette...we could not have asked for more. The next morning we enjoyed a delicious breakfast - fruit salad, great coffee and the BEST chocolate croissants.Highly recommend Lavandula for an overnight stay or a longer, semi-self-catering stay in Mosselbay.

Too bad you cant enjoy your stay anymore.Spacious room without any lack.The breakfast very good and complete, what more could you ask for.Thanks for the attention, without a doubt, if we return, we have nowhere to go.

Delightful accommodation in the main building a bit quieter than in the annex because the main street runs right past the property.Super great view straight out of bed on Moussel Bay and the sea. Friendly staff and good enough breakfast. After a short walk we were at the port.

For the friendliness and the ambienceYou should give 10 stars.Simply great.Fresh bread rolls, croissants and eggs are served fresh at the table as requested.

Good quality hostel. Centered 1 km from the chin.The place manager Mary Lewis, very nice and kind. Large and well equipped rooms.Good breakfast.The view from the rooms is somewhat reminiscent of Haifa Bay.

One of the nicest accommodations on the Garden Route. For us a 10 of 10. The hostess runs the B & B with great attention to detail and a courteous nature. The breakfast was delicious and the rooms had all the facilities. We felt very well and the location was good. You can walk to the beach and restaurants and the reserve Botlierskop is only 20 minutes away by car. It is very recommendable!

Our stay for three days was just magical and the view and the pool were unique. Marie - Luise was also magical. The breakfast selection (especially the rolls) could be a bit bigger, but the rest was perfect. We booked again for the next year.

Very nice converted house with fantastic views over Mossel Bay. Breakfast was delivered to the room and was ok. Wessel has given us good tips for Mossel Bay and the further journey. The Wi-Fi has perfect reception.Point of criticism: Already at 7 oclock tomorrow was in front of our apartment

Very nice room with a wonderful view (superior suite) unfortunately there was a very large cockroach in the room. Also, the room is very noisy, so you hear in the morning when it starts with the breakfast. Too bad that no one has asked at check out as it has fallen. Positive the small balcony and the Nespresso machine, closed parking! The lady at check in was super nice 👍
