I scheduled an appoitment for 9:00 and was on time but waited until 9:10 before I parked my car in there working area and only at 9:30 a technician started working on my car. The lady that scheduled my appoinent also didnt inform me that a check upis arround 45 minutes.
Good services and very accessible
Had to pay 1800r for sms communication, double charged on some months . Pls stay away from this company. How can communication cost more than their service. I dnt recommend it at all.

They are very business, get the job done kind of service, not the warm and fuzzy customer service kind of team. They had a shortage of one device, but HQ sent an apology letter. Unfortunately I like warm and fuzzy customer service, so marking them down on that.
