Godfrey is a very dedicated person in his work, I would call him for help even after hours and during weekends if I need technical assistance on my JO, he will gladly and competently resolve my issue. The guy is very ethics orientated. He deserves to be praised and trusted for good service.

Larry gone beyond support checking my tax log book given me pointers how to Geotag so I dont have to complete whole year of data I didnt do as I did not competed the setup my Journey organizer unit correctly at the time of purchase. However despite that he assisted till I got it sorted out even assisted me with the requirements my tax advisor said I should do which Larry showed me it is not required by SARS.....well done!!!!! Submitted my log book within a few hours SARs approved it. Awesome product awesome support!!!!!!!!!

I purchased a new bakkie at (GWM/Haval The Glen) they fitted an alarm at (Auto Exclusive sound and Security/Tyres and More) in Rosettenville. I was experiencing problems with the alarm locking and activating by itself, it locked within a few seconds of unlocking the vehicle to put the kids in the car and while I went to open the gates. The movement by the kids in the car used to set off the alarm and I had to run and put the key into the ignition to deactivate the alarm.The dealership gave me the details of the alarm installer and I contact them, I went there to try and sort out the problem, they could not find the problem, they contacted Twiggy (Sales Person) at SANJI Alarms to try and assist, after a week I called them and I was given his number to follow up with him, I called him and he then sent a new alarm kit to Auto Exclusive for me to go back to them so they can test if the box was faulty, they tried it and experienced the same problem. Auto Exclusive sound and Security were very helpful and assisted me both times, however the second time I went there the technician messed up the wiring and after hours of trying they just disconnected the alarm to avoid any further damage.I then contacted Twiggy again, he arranged for a Sanji Technician to come out to me, Godfrey then came and sorted out the problem.I just wanted to thank Twiggy his Excellent Service and for standing by his word to sort out my issue. I also want to compliment Godfrey for sorting out my problem so professionally/effortlessly and for him coming out on a Saturday. Excellent Service from Sanji Alarms!

What amazing service we got from this company. From the owner to his staff. I would recommend using their help and services anytime. I cant believe there are still companies in JHB that go out of their way for clients. In the 7 years we have been living in JHB this is the first time we have had such good customer service.
