Telematic is the worst company to deal with, their debit never ends, agents are rude and even after cancelation they still debit with amounts that are different when you call then enquiring. Its just a bad company! Poor service.

For the last two months, getting in touch with anyone from Matrix is impossible. Emails, phone calls, call me back messages are all ignored. I would not recommend them. But their sales department is very quick to call back but conveniently cannot transfer you to the customer service area.

They debited my account after I had cancelled. I called them asking if I will still be covered for that month (September), they said no. They told me I will get my refund after 21 days (this was on the 1st September). I had to look for another tracker the same day. I havent received my money.The reason why I cancelled is that their app has a lot of problems, you cant even stay a minute before it kicks you out. Even their so called panic button, when you press it, you will not even get a call to check you.

I will not recommend this company to anyone! After selling my vehicle in June, requesting cancellation numerous times via e-mail and phone calls, I STILL get debited and smss requesting me to make payment when I reverse the debit order. Please dont even bother responding and saying an agent will contact me, because I have spoken to an agent and nothing has happened. As I have mentioned in one of my mails, if this negatively impacts my credit score, I will go to the ombudsman.

After my initial contract period came to an end, the mixtelematics call center agent called and asked me if Id like to renew my contract, I clearly said I didnt and they have continued to debit me monthky since. I had to escalate this to twitter as I received no actual response to my email to them (even though I received a case number) in 2 months and only once escalated did I finally get a response which cancelled my contract from the date I made contact, not from the date I opted not to renew. I still await acknowledgment and a full refund of debit orders actioned since the end of my initial contract. How many other unsuspecting people are they debiting without permission?

Worst company to get a car tracker from. I have since sent through an email for cancellation in August and I am still getting debited. No customer care calls are being answered. I’m now left with the option of reversing and cancelling their debit order. Be warned. I am still trying to get this cancelled since I don’t have the vehicle they installed the tracker on.

This company is extremely fraudulent. I have received a debit order and I have NEVER EVER taken up a service with this company. My calls and emails have gone unanswered for many days. I am opening a fraudulent criminal case against this company today. Where did they get my details from? Extremely fraudulent and extremely disgusting customer care. They are horrible and I am hoping justice will be served soon. I would suggest everyone to open criminal cases against this company because of their incompetence, many people are left blacklisted. Report them NOW. I will also be reporting them to the commission and I would encourage everyone to do the same.

For the last two months I have calling beame none of my calls are answered you can’t even email them. When you do get to email they give you a case number and nothing is being done on your grievance. After cancelling your services with them they still take your money and when you call or try contacting them in any way they do not answer. I would not recommend their services to anyone and I am reporting them for fraud. I’m tired!

I was misled by the sales consultant over the phone my father wanted the tracking unit to be installed in his car apparently his credit record was to low so they called me instead and took my banking details claiming they wont deduct anything from it,its just to complete the application process and I did not agree to any deduction in my bank account yet when I checked there are arrears above R2.5k and they were continuously deducting my funds from my bank ....this is pure fraud and violations of consumer rights I have requested that they cancel any debit orders but i have only been give a case number or two occasions now it is beyond my control cause I cant get hold of them directly I have lodged a complaint with the National Consumer Commission (NCC) for misleading me and committing fraud. I am tired and I wouldnt recommend this company to any one unprofessional and just scammers!!!

I have been trying to change my banking details for my debit order for over two weeks now. I closed the account my debit order was taken from every month. I logged calls via the website to give my new banking details NO RESPONSE. Calling the 654 8000 it just rings and rings. VERY VERY BAD SERVICE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE.

Zero support. Basically what the other reviewer said. You contact them via email (either one of their email addresses) and you get a support number and then you dont hear from them again.They sent me an sms to tell me that my debit order didnt go off even though it did and in the sms it said the debit order date will change. This month the debit order didnt go off at all. I just got an invoice. Have no idea what to do and their support is non-existent.*edit*The response by the owner is so ironic. To help me they want me to send an email to them.Thats the big problem! Nobody gets back to you when you send emails. So far the worst service provider. These guys will list you on ITC for a missed payment while account is up to date and on debit. Notify them about it and literally begin a haunting/daunting process with very rude consultants. If you looking for a tracking company look elsewhere. the inconvenience is not worth the time and Money!!!

I spoke to two different staff members in June for this.18/06/2021 Lebonang Mashigo and 24/06/2021 to Francis Collins to ask for copy of contract and voice recordings under data act as of today still not received. What this company still does is take out the direct debit every month from my account which I have cancelled and they seem to reinstate it somehow making me having to do reversals monthly. I hope someone from Mix Telematics takes charge of this case immediately to get this matter sorted, this is all a nut shell and a lot more that has happened which I will write an article from my personal experience in more Mix Telematics

Waste of money, rather go with a more reputable tracking company it wont be more than R100 over theirs. Test the service before you purchase, call the centre and see how much assistance you get, thats what will happen when you need it. I dont have to tell anyone how bad they are, you can experience it yourself.I gave notice to cancel via call and the agent gave me the wrong email address, had to resort to sending an email to monthly statement email address and then they still proceed to debit you.Look elsewhere please, this company doesnt give a damn and I really wouldnt be shocked if they closed due to bad customer experience and services.

I was surprised when my fid long distance trips aby they were very quiet like the was nothing irregular happening thats when I realized something is wrong I tried calling yo find out how they work but I couldnt get hold of anyone, when I finally did (days later) I was put on hold. Had a very bad experience with Mix Telematics(Beamie), firstly when you call they never answer. I had their unit fitted in my car upon recommendation by the East Rand car dealership and I never received a contract for this service. Called Beamie countless times and after holding for +-45minutes, consultant tells me that they will send me the contract shortly to this day I never received the contract. I then cancelled my services with them on 19 Feb 2021 via email, did not receive confirmation of cancellation. I called multiple times after sending the email of cancellation and after many unanswered calls , finally one consultant picked the phone and promised to send me the confirmation. Come 1st of March they debit my account as if nothing has happened, I reversed the debit order and thats when they start threatening me with listing and handing my account over to the lawyers. For the why, I did not know because my account was not in arrears, been paying all these months just reversed March as I cancelled my contract. After seeing the communication about the lawyers, I called did they answer? Nope. I even drove to their head office to seek answers as to why am I being handed over. So when I reversed the March payment, on their system they reversed the Feb payment and made it seem like I owed Feb, for the why I dont know. Crooks ka nnete these people. I am glad to have left them and I do not want to deal with them in the future....

NEW UPDATE 21 January, Had a response from Samantha the Cancellations manger, she helped me in minutes and sent me the confirmation email of the cancellation. Great employee and great service from her 5 STARS for her!!!!!!!Terrible service. Phoned on Monday to cancel my contract and to put a new device in my new vehicle. Got told I need to send an email. I never got a response. I phoned back the same day no 1 answered the phone. Tuesday I phone back get told that there is a cancellation fee because ive had the device less than 24 months, which in fact iv had it for 38 so thats a lie. So I told them I want to talk to the manager, they tried to put me through which no answer of course then got told ill get a phone call from the manager. Its late Wednesday afternoon and still no email response or phone call. Easy to take your money and wont let you cancel. I dont have the car anymore and they wont cancel it. Would hate to have an issue with car theft and then have to go through all this to get them to track it. I cancelled my subscription, due to their inefficiency they replied (2 weeks later) with a settlement figure for 5pm on the same day of the reply giving me 2 hours to pay. Finally got hold of Lesego who committed to reversing 50% of the monthly fee if I paid given how slow they were. Never heard from her again, she wont be reply and their communication is terrible. For the first time after two years of paying premiums I missed one payment during the Covid-19 period and their first response to me is “Notice of handover”. Unfortunately there is no option for zero stars, so they get a star from me. I was contacted by Beame today to inform me that my account was in arrears. I did not receive any correspondence from them and they told me that they could not get hold of me by phone. I was not even aware that it was in arrears as it was part of an installment sale contract. When I asked the consultant why they could not email me I was told that they do not communicate via email. What?!?! In this day and age a company that only corresponds with its clients by telephone. I doubt whether this company will survive the 4th industrial revolution! Truly pathetic!

Their customer services line is very difficult to get through to (spent over 15 minutes waiting for consultants several times), the app for Beame is very buggy and not user friendly, when I cancelled my contract with them I wasnt even able to fill in the customer satisfaction survey as it wouldnt let the page load the 2nd page.If my car were to have been stolen, Id be hesitant to think that they would find it speedily based off of my interactions with them.

Mixtelematics is truly terrible. Besides the struggle to get through to a customer support agent, the actual of security of your car is questionable, given that the app never works. This company only want your money. I tried to phone them for the past 3 months as well as send e-mails. They do not answer their phones or reply to e-mails. I will never recommend Mix Telematics to anyone. I dont even want to know how their recovery is if they cannot answer their phones or e-mails. I would rate them on a scale from 0-5 on 0 because for the past 3 months I did not get any service.

This is the worst company to deal with , when you call their head office they always transfer you the wrong department and they never answer their reception telephone and continue to cut me off, i have made several calls to the head office and they just cut you off. They are terrible in their administration.

They are so unprofessional, they only take care of you before you sign up but once you are a client they dont care. I have been calling them and emailing them but they dont respond to my emails and they keep passing me on when i call. I want to cancel my contract i ended up going to their offices where I spoke with Lesego/ Masego from the cancellation department, she promised to call me and send me an email with the cancellation requirements but its almost a month now and still theres nothing but the keep wamting me to pay.I wouldnt suggest them to anyone they are a risk

I have been struggling to cancel my subscription for at least 6 months using their webpage which makes provisions for such cancellations... the only response I have received isto ask why my bank is cancelling the debit orders... I want to cancel my account.... I have used you stupid webpage to do so and I receive no response... avoid this company if you can
