Beautifull kitchens

The poggenpohl German brand kitchens quality is unbeatable. We went to have a look at the different kitchen tops marble, dektron, granite etc. As well as the different finishes. We will definitely visit this store soon as we plan to complete our house.

Called them last year. Redirected to a competitor. Visited them last week. Too busy to attend to me. Left my details. No response. Called them. They promised to call and set up appointment. 1 week later... still no response.. Disappointed.....0 stars.Does anyone from the company read these reviews?

If I could give this company less than one star I would. The experience was terrible. My kitchen is half done. There are holes everywhere from misplaced cupboard doors and warped boards which have already started to peel. The customer service was awful...calls were not returned, treats were made, quoted services were increased when the job was not anything like I wanted and I requested adjustments. I can honestly say that I do not like my kitchen at all and I would never recommend this company to anybody. I suspect that the customer service and overall work would have been better if I was a CEO of a high profile company, was a different race, and or a combination of the two since this would add credibility to their portfolio. But since I am the average sue so to speak, I was not valuable enough to warrant even fair customer service and qualified for nothing less than shoddy work.

Poor quality of service , promises not kept , seating with unfinished kitchen for 2 1/2 months , design not taking to account size of accessories , poor communication . The money paid accordingly and on time without even 1 day delay.
