Security is a mirth here. People easily walk in and out. Only drive ins are regulated. Theres a bad electricity billing system. You get changed R7 a day on your electricity and water meter. I wouldnt recommend

I am moving out with immediate effect as I am typing this. The kept billing me extra R200. I tried to report and they have the most poorest administration I have ever come across my entire life!!! The Thandeka finance lady is good for nothing. She will ignore your emails and still bill you extra amounts. I always paid my rent 10 days before due date!

Dont be fooled by the cheap Rent. The rules are never implemented. The place is always dirty and the noise is unbearable. And you must kiss your deposit goodbye, Management doesnt care as long as you paying rent. NOT WORTH IT

Too noisy,too clustered and not enough consideration from some tenants. Tenants play loud music and drink from the parking lot like they are at a chesa nyama. The parking allocated to units is quite a distance from the unit. The units are too small for the rent charged. Not a great complex if you want some peace and quiet

Urban Ridge is full of cockroaches, their one bedrooms are too small. When you leave be prepared to receive only R500 or less of your deposit they make sure they charge you even if you cleaned the house before you left. One word is their SCAMS. When you follow up about your deposit they rude. I dealt with a Martin Togwe who even called me Isifebe yes he called me that and Nondumiso Ngubeni the deposit fund assistant is also very unprofessional.

Decent quality rooms for rental at affordable rates in Midrand. Closer to the N1 highway. Located in the proximity of multiple shopping centres and a hospital. Near the Gautrain bus route.
