The View is perfectly situated in Dainfern close to Various Shopping Centres and good value for money. 1. Small swimming pool for such a huge estate. The swimming pool areas very limited. 2. Maintenance is good, however it took very long due to massive damp problem. Seems to be resolved now. 3. Noise levels sometimes too high. 4. Security is good and efficient 5. There is a clubhouse but should be much better managed. Should open it again and provide good entertainment. 6. Common areas are clean.

Its a beautiful place like a garden.sports ground community place for gym and club house make liveable throughout day.value for money is expensive but quality of living is very good.

Great place, close to anything you may need like dainfern square and ceder square as well as four ways mall. Pity about the random conflicting rules, changed by the new estate manager. Meet him before renting or buying, youll thank me later.

Pathetic! If I could give 0 stars I would have!My bookong for accommodation at The Veiw Of Dainfern was confirmed to me and it stated that no payment is needed before hand, we need to pay cash at the location.A day before I receive an sms from the veiw of dainfern stating that my booking will be canceled because no payment was recieved! After I sent numerous screenshots stating that no payment is needed beforehand the owner said they need the payment now, why? Why say something on a bookong confirmation and then changing it at the last minute? PATHETIC!!!!!!!

My husband and I went to view this place and the agent was a bit old to be an agent. She lacked knowledge about the apartment. I can’t disclose her name but she was an Indian lady with no enthusiasm. Poor lady needs to retire
