I enjoyed my stay with them. I never had issues whilst living here. All my queries were always attended too. They have a kiosk within the complex which was great.

What I can say is that management at this place is the worst. Poorest Services ever. I would never recommend anyone to stay at this place.

Worst worst place to rent...horrible services and some of the staff, including the manager is very rude..when moving out u are charged for unnecessary things like walls dirt after so much work cleaning it..deposit u get it after 14 days ...which is sooo inappropriate coz when u move in they want the deposit ASAP...they preach good services but cannot deliver. Will not recommend this place to anyone...glad m out! Ow and also they deduct money out of ur account without your concern..

1/5, I would highly not recommend living here. You absolutely do not receive good value for money, the high rent is unjustified as they refuse to do maintenance and the price list for repairs for damages is outrageous. The office staff is rude and unhelpful. The complex is noisey, with people opening their cars and blasting music without ramifications. When you move out, they give you hassles and are unethical in returning your due deposit with interest. There are far better places in Midrand that are run better and are cheaper.

Moved in recently and thanks to Sihle for making my move effortless on a a rainy day. Communicated throughout the process and even when I had an issue with a neighboring unit he helped sort it out. Complex is well maintained and the unit is decent so no complaints So FAR 😊. I like efficiency and that is what I have received from the San Ridge Heights team so far. Thanks to Thuli and Sihle for dealing with my indecisiveness and difficult personality.

Its 00:25 on 09 January 2021 and there is a unit on the first floor right in the corner making one hell of a noise as they party through the night so loud that I can hear it from over 600m away inside my closed unit in a different complex.And their security is clearly doing absolutely nothing about it. Not only do I feel bad for their neighbours, but for myself and my neighbours too. Clearly a very poorly managed place of residence if this is the degree of inconsiderate behaviour thats permitted.Im so desperate to sleep 😭😭

I stayed there, 6 months later rent increased. The wall moulds from time to time, Not a good place, walls are thin could hear the people next door. Its well maintained, but not good value for money..

While I was away my flat was entered without forced entry, my laptop and other electronics was missingWhen I brought it to their notice I was told to open a case and claim from my insurance. Seriously!. How do I open a case with no forced entryI was told no one has keys to the flats but found out securities previously had keys to flatsWhen I brought it to their notice, I was told if I saw security with keys its because they were given by themThis is no lock up and go placeNothing is taken seriously eitherI asked if they have cameras in the place, I was told they do, they will check but never gave me feedbackIt makes one wonder!

The furnishings in the accommodations are not up to standard. Pipes leak and customer service is not of the best standard. We wait upon someone to come and repair our light plugs...Oh the wait is long.

The units are well spaced for a person not sharing otherwise too small or JUST sized for two people who dont occupy much space. Easy access to the freeway and well secured. Lawns are well kept and this adds to the beauty and serenity of the complex. Access is well controlled but not unbreakable.

Neat and beautiful estate. It has a touch of joburg vibe.

If you thinking of renting a place here. One word of advice: Dont! Too noisy all the time - people playing music from their cars at ungodly hours. Apartments so small couldnt fit pedestals in the bedroom. Had hard time even bringing the furniture in the house as the stairways dont accommodate big beds, sofas, or big fridges. Had to leave quick.

Its affordable and its very near shopping complexes. Its safe and very neat. Proper living conditions and it just looks beautiful.

Modern complex - suitable for young professionals. No swimming Pool or common meeting area or clubhouse which is a bit of a shame. The apartments are reasonably priced starting at R6200.00 for a 2 bedroom apartment

Units are small and theres sometimes a lot of noise. Security at gate needs improvement, administration issues on site also need improvement as they are a lot of delays. Gave them more than a month notice as I moved out 30 April 2018, but yesterday they deducted May rental from my account for an apartment that already has a new tenant. Staff need to be more customer oriented.

Lovely flats located in Midrand. 24 hour Security complex with surveillance. Flat houses are suitable for newly married couples with no children.

Its affordable basic apartments. Its quite central to a lot of shops/highways etc and the Gaubus is on the route or you can go to the taxi rank nearby

Most horrible complex , loud music played with no consideration for neighbors. Loud music from 6pm to 6am, . I would not recommend it for anyone . Securities don’t care at all . No one should ever come stay here , it’s bad it’s like a township/location inside a complex . I’m appalled. It’s 03:47 as I write this comment , there is loud music, doors wide open, guests , screening ud swear it’s a Tarven .

One of the worst places ever. They sell you something, and deliver something else. Some staff is rude once you live here. Id rather pay a high rent for great service. I just cant wait until the contract is over. Some securities also have an attitude. The gate sometime recognizes your finger print and sometimes it doesnt, & when that happens security takes its time to open the gate. They dont check as to whos driving that vehicle, they just open, which begs the question is it really safe for our vehicle. Aftwr u moved in I learned a vehicle was once stolen in the property at night. How does that happpen. When the person wanted security video they gave him excuses and got it days later because the person in charge was on leave. I really dislike this place, including the loud neighbors at ungodly hours.I wouldnt recommend it to anyone, even if they paid me.

Very poor admin office. Woke up with no electricity in this cold weather. I have a 6months old baby at home who needs to be fed and taken care of in a sterile environment. I need electricity to make his food, to wash and sterilize his utensils. When I call the office their phone just rings, no one cares to answer. What is very disappointing is that its not the first time this happens. My family might as well move out. This is uncalled for.

Visitors parking is a little hard and security threatened to clamp wheels for parking in a vacant parking which the owner didnt even return in the 30mins I was parking there.
