And never cme back to me just left me like that with no feedback or communication. Lack of service. We are a small family living in Boardwalk Heights. We love the complex a lot. We are close to nature waking up in the morning with the crowing of the rooster and the smell of fresh air. Our children love the park and riding her bike in the complex and the monthly jumping castle for the kids makes her so excited! We have an amazing maintenance team and the complex is always neat. Thank you for providing us with such a lovely home.

I really enjoy staying at Oxford Heights Montana because they have super fast and affordable fibre which is suitable to us tents and I personally cause I mostly work from home and online.so peace and quiet is good with a good working Internet connection.I like the fact that you get R2000 every time I refer someone to come stay there,give me an extra pocket money when Im stuck in the month.I like the fact that they take care of their tents heath-wellness by bringing on site dr check ups and dentists.Their Maintenance team is super efficient and do a good job . anything you need to be fixed they do it same day.They have the most friendly security personal who take good care of our cars and safety of our kids at the play area and pool.Oxford Heights Montana

I would not suggest anyone to take lease with them.1. Electricity can go for almost a week at their new developments, Route82 Development, with management not even moved about it.2. Abuse of power with our banking details, they deduct money as they please (anauthorized) and take complaints about these lightly3. They have stuff that treats tenants like its still apartheidIts a definite no go area.

Ethical behaviour is good business they write fines when you have vacated the unit, charge to repaint a wall with a marks not even visible to the eye, you have to ask for the interest on your deposit which they also calculate incorrectly. most unethical company I have ever encountered.

I recently moved to The Bronx at Sky City. I moved in right before the National Shut down and the service was amazing even under this situation. My application process and move in process was very SMOOTH. KEEP IT UP GUY👏👏👏

Liars. That all these people are.I live in Pretoria East in Boardwalk Heights. A friend of mine lives in a complex In Forest Hill that is also owned by Central Dev.This morning at 2am my, and my friends electricity went out. The story we have both been told, is that cable theft is the cause.If it seems highly suspicious, its because it is. So both complexes had cable theft at exactly 2am on the same night when they are located in separate sections of the city!This is an obvious lie and an attempt to cover up some oversight on the side of the Central Dev. Perhaps unpaid bills.I am going to be campaigning to ensure everyone who lives in a central development complex is aware of the shady underhanded lies of this company.

Thumbs up for Patricia from East on 82, few weeks post occupation of my unit,I had a water leakage under the sink,she had the issue resolved within a day.i was soo happy with her professionalism and speedy response.

It is a very nice place quiet and refreshing im enjoying my staying during this lock down, there are no crowded areas all the tenants as well as the securities are complying with the regulation of the lockdown...im very happy with the environment and services.

These people are the worst. They steal your deposit, saying as they found a tenant for the one month short on your twelve month lease they would with hold your entire deposit even though it is contrary to the RTA and CPA, they have no regard for their tenants, they changed information on my original lease without me co-signing it when they moved me out of my first unit because they put me in it knowing that they had sold the unit, so after one month after moving in I had to move to a new unit. Despite me being a good tenant, paying on time every month, they have no regard to the tenant at all and are just money hungry. BEWARE they will never refund any deposit.

Own 2 units in Country Life and Featherbrook Hills Retirement Villages.Country Lifes service from reception through to frailcare is PATHETIC.Dont buy from Central Developments. Prices are inflated and an over promised retirement village concept.

I wish I had looked at reviews before I made a purchase, I have never had so many problems with my previous house, but with this one at Riverside, the workmanship is so poor. The price does not match the quality.I am very disappointed in your services Central Development.

BEWARE! Would not recommend.Unprofessional service and poor email correspondence. One of the ladies responsible for mainatanace to accounts is creating a really poor image of this company due to her rude email communications. Situated at the head office.The company also has unfair terminating policies and try to make money of of tenants around any corner.Be very wary when signing a contract with them and always read and think twice.

These guys are the most annoying agency! They keep advertising their Thatch Hill Development & The Junction which are both in terrible suburbs in ALL the surrounding suburbs so people can see it. I have submitted complaints to the websites but it seems these guys are like cockroaches. This is very unprofessional. For the serious house hunter it really makes life difficult. I get 20 email a day with incorrect listings!

Central Developments = poor workmanship on their developments and they shy away from all responsibility once the deal is done! Regret follows a couple of years later when their properties start falling apart! I highly advise anyone to think more than twice before purchasing property from them. Prospective customers of this company - BEWARE. This company claims to behave with integrity on their website. Not so. In the last 18 months Central Developments Property Group have swamped many Johannesburg suburbs with their illegal poster marketing material.They have acted with complete impunity, ignoring City of Johannesburg By-Laws and advertising without paying dues to the City of Johannesburg. Not only have they done so once, they repeatedly fail to pay dues to the City and deny ratepayers the benefit on two different campaigns lasting at least 18 months. This is unethical and corrupt especially since many other companies advertise in this manner and pay their dues to the city. The Bylaws clearly state that advertising of posters must be approved by the City and paid for adverts will carry a sticker indicating that the city, and ratepayers, benefit from the advertising.They have run two campaigns during this time, with poster material, from the first campaign still hanging from lamp posts and street signs - left to rot - absolutely an eyesore in our community.Despite numerous attempts to get the posters removed, including giving actual addresses where the posters are on display, their Mr Adriaan Louw, Marketing Manager have simply paid lip service after contacting him about their illegal conduct. Their posters remain on display in parts of Randburg,It is really a tragedy that we still have corporates that ignore laws and actually advertise their non-compliance - worse that they think residents are so uninformed that they do not know their rights. You are a complete fool if you do business with this company.

HiWe have been renting a house in a new development area called Thatch Hill estates from End Jan 2016.We loved the area only because we were advised that security is very good , but its really terrible. Our home was broken into and within two weeks about 6 other houses were broken into as well, they stole our items while we are asleep , we are suspecting that something is sprayed in our homes to make us fall into a deep sleep. They walk around with us and our kids sleeping in the house and steal our belongings, this is very scary and traumatizing especially for our children, The estate management and security seems to be very relaxed at catching these thieves , nothing is being done to ensure that they are being caught , every day there is burglary happening and we dont know what else to do anymore.The alarms that they have installed are not always working properly and are not linked to the security company. Our list of issues can go fill a an A4 page.Central development seems to only care about collecting rent and turing off water usages even if you owe 200, they are quick to respond to silly matters, but slow to figure out what or who is tormenting us, simply because they dont care about our well being.

Best service and best product by a long shot

I recently filled in an application form to rent an apartment at Sanridge heights. Did not get any response regards my application until l sent an email through. Got a response that my application was declined due to my credit record and fraudulent bank statement. Fraud is a serious accussation and l feel highly undermined . I want to know how they got to the conclusion that my bank statement is Fraudilent. I will not let this slide. The statement they gave me about my bank statement is reckless, and unless they prove beyond reasonable doubt then they are in breach of the NCR.l also believe they are trained to offer financial advice according to the FAIS ACT and not pass judgements and such accusations with no proof. Such gets me wondering if they really are ginuine.
