I was really not happy, as I received a traffic fine that was not for me. Raising my compaint really did help and one Manager by the name of Mandie Olivier really went the extra mile to assist and I am thrilled to say fine is no longer applicable to me and my name has been cleared. Thank you, Mandie! You are a star.

1. Glitch in website enquiring on Infringement Notices! Tried several times and other people tested as well, does no recognize licence card no???2. Got a surprise when applying for renewal of licence card - outstanding fines and Enforcement Orders. I have not received ANY notifications regarding the infringements either by mobile of post which is charged at R60 a time. There is NO postal services where we live. Needless to say that I cannot apply for my new licence card unless the infringement statement have been paid!!! Terribly frustrating - is this just another money making racket?????

There service we receive at aarto is not professional as they cant refund duplicate fines and the staff cannot communicate professionally which makes one frustrated and helpless
Horrible customer service. Not only that, but they also dont seem to care when their phones are ringing.
Unable to get through to the Revenue department even though Ive tried 5 different extensions of the various persons in the department. They simply dont answer their phones. Bad service!
