I am absolutely shocked by Gautrains move to reduce trains now 4 car, we are packed like sardines. Great way to spread the virus. While I understand the financial implications which has effected everyone why down to 4. Extremely disappointed

The Centurion Gautrain Station has not had sufficient parking bays for many years. They have been “constructing” additional parking for almost two years, although I cant remember when I last saw work being done. The new parking area, one block north of the station looks complete and has been open to accommodate the overflow for many months, but was suddenly closed today, without warning. This caused major congestion and delays and many of us had to park along the roads within the station’s parking area. With the fees we pay to travel on the train and park safely, isn’t it time this “construction “ came to an end?

They have the most horrific service and they are nothing short of thieves. I have been struggling for more than a month to get a refund processed on credits loaded on their website onto cards that were apparently expired but online they were not expired according to their system. They keep sending me back and forth and I have had to do their work on this refund for many hours without any results.

I have been on the gautrain once and it was quite convenient. If you call them they are very helpful they answer all questions in a way you will understand and no hidden costs.

Cannot believe that they cannot answer their phone during office hours - pathetic
