I have been purchasing a lot items from this store since 2014 but today I had a horrible experience ever. I bought a bycecle light on Sunday and the clipper was broken but I never had a chance to take it back until today.When I got there I helped buy a kid who seemed to be less than 18 and he was kind and understanding since I had the packaging,he gave me a new clipper then on my way out the guy next to him said this to the kid this guy is always bringing back stuffI then went back and asked him if he had a problem with me and also told him that with comments like that hes making it impossible for me to buy things from there as I will be worried that I will be spoken of badly should I decide to exchange or refund.I explained to him that what he said offended me and that I wanted to raise it up with person responsible for the store and he said he was the one responsible, so I asked him his name but he wouldnt say .,the kid who helped me then told him not be like that and told me that the guys name is John.With the treatment that I got this timei will be sure to recommend to my friends and family to never put their fees in that store as the people running the store has no clue what good customer service [email protected]

I like this shop because of the many little things that can be found there and especially at less cost and which are a little difficult to find in supermarkets at these prices.
