Service was terrible, had to wait 15 mins at a pump to get service and then once I finally got served the attendant filled the car as slow as possible.

Only 1 petrol attendant on a Sunday when everybody wants to fill up for the week.

I was almost robbed by the attendant... I filled R350. 00 95 unleaded, but I was being billed for R500. 00. Is it not process to double check the amount being given? It puzzles me that how it went to R500. 00. Please be careful at this garage. I can bet the manager wouldnt even call, neither will head office. The person acting as manager isnt training their staff. Yes we all make mistakes the first time because we human, but what is the excuse for the second check.

Went to fill up twice. Pump attendants service is extremely bad and waited at least 10 minutes. In shop employees on the other hand rather welcoming.

This is probably the worse caltex I’ve been too. 10 am and 6 petrol attendants just sitting in groups I waited 5 whole minutes while they debated who should help me. Some even left while staring at me. I always fill at caltex because of my Ucount but now I’m not even convinced if it’s worth the trouble.Selborne who was assisting me actually walked away while I was still explaining what I need checked.Don’t bother coming here your money is not welcome!!!!
