Slowest service ever. People standing around chatting, having coffee and no support at the petrol pumps. Not the first time iv experienced this with morning staff

Why you only get 2 stars is because you dont have any sanitizer at your entrance. Its stuck in a corner and its EMPTY. Come on man...you represent ENGEN...keep the Brand flying high. Be more passionate about things.

There is this colored guy in his 50s. Every time I need to fill up fuel I get harassment from this guy. Today 28th May 2021, around 14:45 I turned without filling up my car and I really needed fuel. Today was the 6th time.

Ive been an Engen only user for years. Just been to fill up in Kyalami and felt so threatened by the pump attendant Edward. Over familiar, too many questions, how many cars do I have and he wants to be my friend.I will continue using Engen but not Kyalami. Sorry guys but friendly is one thing. They need to be dealt with.

We are not obligated to give the attendants any money. We were turned down saying he wants bigger money and refused to take the offer. This is one place we will definitely not going to support this station because of one unappreciative person. Very upsetting

Most disappointed that on the two occasions over the holiday period I have a tips box shoved in my face for a donation.Yes petrol attendants work hard but I tip as and when I need to and don’t feel I need to have this.Owner of this Engen should not allow this or just pay your staff better if they feel they need to make extra money.

After trying to call and and their number not working, I decided to email.I received an reply almost minutes later. My query was sorted. Thank you for the super awesome service.

I did have problems with one of addenda i ask him to put R500.00 fuel but whathe did was totally acceptable he see my car is full but he was keeping putting petrol when i check my petrol was all over the floor coz i ask him to put R500 his mention was to make exactly R500 i end up paying petrol that was over the floor the stuff must pull up there socks n do the Wright thing
