Without labelling any other KFC branches as untidy, as far as my experience is concerned, KFC Midrand has been the cleanest KCF i have visited thus far. While i was trying to figure out where to collect my order(since it was my first time in this restaurant, an alert guy(sorry i forgot his name) quickly came to take my order number and promptly came back with my order. My order was hot and tasty. I ordered streetwise two pap. Excellent pap and chicken. Huge pieces of chicken as well. Thank you KCF Midrand!

Ordered dunked wings and what they did was taking zinger wings and dunked them in the sauce... They were so crispy and hot my son could eat any... 😭

For the passed 5 times I have ordered here they have always asked me what was on my order as the confirm the order as prepared and collected before they start to prepare the order.... And now the chips were forgotten.

Just finished eating a KFC sweet chili twister from here and thinking of getting another, now off to the BoxMaster. The service here was really fast, friendly and efficient...

The chicken was horrendous. Completely sour and off putting... The fries tasted like the were fried in old fish oil. Utterly disgusting. Worst KFC I have ever had.

Bought a chocolate Sunday today and this was their idea of a chocolate Sunday hardly any syrup in there and when I told the man who served me he just laughed and said it comes like that, the last time the zinger wings had no salt and were too crispy and on another occasion the bun for the burger was stale and the meat was dry the food at that kfc is terrible I keep giving it a chance but their good quality is terrible

Went to KFC Midrand Mall today, as I walked in the lady at the door (Thabsile) advised me that I can not come in as I was wearing pj pants. I asked her why and she said that is the rule. She then goes to the back to call Suzan, who comes to me and tells me the same thing.. Im not allowed in as I am wearing pajamas. I again asked why and got the reply of THATS JUST HOW IT IS.I ask you, why am I not allowed if I have pj pants on.. please bare in mind that I did have a mask on.Had I walked in without a mask and was refused service I would understand. KfC SA I would like an answer.

Literally the zinger wings was not hot at all. Imagine all 10 wings. I bet this KFC can do better. Im really disappointed after i waited for them to prepare more than 20 min. I only tasted flour not even spicy. I could have returned them but i was home already but i told myself i have to come write a review.

KFC Midrand Mall provides a quick and efficient service. Its one of those restaurants that you dont have to worry about checking your order before you leave.

Much better than the store in the mall down the road.

The stuff... Friendliest Ive ever come across! Food is always well done, hot & fresh. The store is also very clean with covid regulations being adhered to. I love it!!!

Serves old ingredients. Bread was stale and chips tasted like they have been reheated after sitting for a few hours. Also double check your order here.

Worst KFC ever, consistently poor at everything..like every time..I dont think there is a manager....they switched off the display that shows whos order is up next...you never know whos next to collect. I dont understand why it has a 3.8 rating... doesnt deserve it

The one KFC that has consistently served me fresh meat. Im very impressed with this KFC and its my go to when Im craving bomb funked wings, the new crispy and hot chicken pieces and their regular chicken. The staff is always nice and the KFC is clean. The atmosphere at night is chilled but during the day may be busy since its within the China Mall vicinity.

It is so frustrating when the employees at an establishment copleatly negate the system in place to help both the employees and client. I stand here waiting for my meal but according to the display it has both already been on its way and come & get it before i put my change back in my wallet. And then they need to ask for my slip to see my order.

Good and fast service.Some of their meat is not well-cooked inside. So be careful of that.Sometimes they forget to put drinking straw, catch-up, etc... always verify before pulling off to see if they have given you everything that you paid for.Sometimes they rush you when youre placing your order because they dont want you to wait too long at the order window.

Very good service. The toilets are very clean, professional and friendly staff. And the food was just so nice.

Their service was top notch and everything in my order was correct. The food was fresh and hot and the waiting time was reasonable with the amount of customers that were waiting in line. The staff were very friendly and everyone was busy - you didnt see one person hanging about doigge nothing, which is always a good sign. Inside the place was clean and tidy. Overall we had a good experience here and really had nothing to complain about.

This has got to be the best KFC ever. Their food is always of top-notch quality and taste and their very friendly staff deliver exceptional service. The store is clean and neat and well located within the China Mall Midrand Centre. Ample parking to the left of KFC and their drive thru is quick and easy with no fuss.

I was so disappointed early this month of October by workers of KFC Orange grove there attitude was so weird toward me their reason that I did not greet them oh may God I so embarrassed pls tell where is the policy of KFC that before u enter kfc u must first greet???but bcoz of this how announce to the all world what happened.The lady was so lucky bcoz she ran away I could not get her name.

The drive through in this place is a disaster, you will wait long to get your order and when they do get your order itd usually wrong. So you will have to either wait longer to correct your order or go park at the parking bay and walk in.
