DHL Service was fast and friendly. Space was clean with good Covid procedure. I went there to a pick up my parcel on Friday instead of waiting for the Monday for delivery.Its not obvious where the entrance to the customer service is. But security guard was helpful in redirecting me....

I didnt have the greatest of experiences with DHL, but they did eventually honour their mishap of a telephonic quote where I was quoted less. Im rating it a one-star because I feel they are ripping the public off with their pricing. I had a tube of 350g, which in their sums totalled 1.573kg (weight x volume) and I was charged for a package that weighs 3kg because I was 0.073g over the 1.5kg.

DHL are by far the best courier company to deal with. The quality service and timeous deliveries reflect from their German roots. The staff have happily gone the extra mile to make every delivery possible, even when urgent after hours deliveries were requested.
