Slow service is poor service.Waiting half an hour for service which the owner can perform is not on. The owner went shopping. Not a crime, but not how one runs a business. The staff could have called on her mobile but did nothing. Shopping is essential, I guess. Fortunately, there are other providers in the vicinity. I would not have been peeved had I not called and checked whether she would be there as I rushed to shop in 10 minutes to get a doc commissioned. The guy said she would leave in 15 minutes. Anyway, all is well, ends well, no complaints at Post link Polofields via SAPS.

They overcharged me for an overnight delivery on Thursday, my package only arrived the next Tuesday. They refused to give me a refund for the overnight charge balance. I will never go back!!

I had to post very important documents which had to be delivered on the same day. The staff dropped everything and assisted me with my request. They said customers always first

I went through to send off documents, non adherence to COVID protocols. Customers not wearing masks, and staff are laughing together with customers when I request for the pen they have on the counter to be sanitized prior to me using it to sign the documents. Absolutely pathetic!!!

I was there a few weeks ago and the boss was shouting at everyone like they are little kids, shouting even in front of the customers, it seemed to unprofessional. That time stuff is so kind. I was shook

Just experienced great customer service from Maphila at the store, she was very at tentative to everyone in the store and managed expectations well.

I found the staff very friendly who went the extra mile to help me. I can confidently recommend them.

This postnet is understaffed and really slow, I have phoned them numerous times and asked them to do something and they simply didnt respond or never did what I asked them. Really disappointed.

The lady who assisted me was inexplicably rude, after making copies for me I asked her to staple my documents and she absolutely lost it, saying (screaming) that I should have told her before she started printing as the machine does it automatically. 🤷🏾‍♀️

Unfortunately, this guys are just not very good. Requested a stamp made they sent the mock up asking for comments. I sent the details back and they never got back to me. I emailed 4-5 times with no response. Called 2-3 times with no resolution and gave up after a few weeks.

I sent an email at 1pm today asking for a quote to print 1 x A4 page of labels. After getting no response after 3 hours, I called them, only to have the lady who answered cut me off before I finished asking, saying We dont do labels. After asking if she knew of anywhere else that could assist me,she again cut me off before I finished speaking saying, Jetline!. I thanked her, but she was already screaming something loudly at someone else in the shop, and put the phone down in my ear without saying goodbye. I wont ever come here in the future if this is what the customer service is like. Not terrible, but really not good either.

Terrible PostNet, the employees are incompetent, when you ask for insurance and they tell you it is 30% of the parcel value then there is something terribly wrong with your training or they are just trying to scam you. I advise you to visit another PostNet than this one as I have experienced other issues with them on multiple occasions.

The worst service I have ever experienced. I would not even give one star rating. The young Indian lady had a terrible attitude. Most unhelpful. Stay away from this Postnet.

Negative stars if possible. Worse service.. employers dont know anything. The owner himself is rude and more concerned about having a holiday than serving customers. Dont trust their closing times, they literally close when they want to. You better off using the many other photocopy stores in the area.

Went their again today 7 March 2020. useless even more so!!if I could rate it 0 I would. Worst customer service I have ever received. Ive been there almost 5 times now and it is just getting worse. Terrible service. They managed to delete a file crucial to a tender submission and therefore my husband was not able to submit a tender on time. Weeks of work gone. No apology, just rudeness. Steer clear.

Went there during their operating hours. There was no one there and a note that said “we’ll be back in a while...”. I waited 30 minutes and needed up leaving.
