Arrived at 17:04 and was all closed up and nobody answering any calls. Emergency numbers don’t work. Nobody to assist. Office hours during the week are 08:00-17:30 on weekdays yet all locked up

Bad customer service. I know these Covid times are tough with reduced staff and social distancing.... but there is just no urgency to process customers quickly as well as no communication to let the queuing customers know the that they will be with them soon... they are short staffed etc. Not the workers fault... but management... who dont train their staff properly.

Excellent staff, good service. Shop is a bit small. They need a bigger space.

The service is good and fast. However their pricing in terms of photocopying, print and laminations are quite a stretch. Their other services are more affordable.

No system to control queues for those collecting and those coming to print. Stood 30mins outside to collect a parcel. Annoyed 💔😩

I was happy that they were about 5 people in front of me but it took almost an hour to be assisted was very disappointed . You guys can do better in serving fast and efficient.

A bit of a mixed bag, from friendly,extremely helpful & outstanding to one incident where it seemed the staff member had no real interest(nor ability) to assist me with an order for a stamp! I had to drag the service out of her! I still recommend them though

The service from this place is disgusting!! I dropped off a parcel on Thursday (16/05/2019) and paid for it to be posted to Durban by Friday (17/05/2019). The parcel was required to be worn by the recipient this weekend and has still not reached the destination. I called in to find out whats going on and had to speak to a rude human being who spoke to me as though he is doing me a favour by doing his damn job!!!!!!! I will never use this unreliable service again and I do not recommend anyone else does either!!!

Staff somewhat ok but I had a very bad experience today when I got there 5:29 On the dot and they refused to attend to me, stating that they had closed, i would assume since it was a pickup it would not be so much of a hassle. But they refused to attend to me even though I could clearly see them and it was just a few seconds to closing. Its a business as much they should give room to a few minutes extra to attend to their customers, its just sad Im total, I guess there isnt competition enough for them.

Unprofessional service....The gentleman working there was so rude. Interrupting you in every second sentence.After I requested him to let me finish speaking.He lost his temper and stormed out of the shopSaying I dont have to pay for my print outs...I paid the lady and left. I cant believe the way this guy treats his customers.

The staff is quite friendly here. Theyve had a couple of technical difficulties with prints when Ive been here, and they also fail to answer their phone if you try to call them.

Had an item posted from this postnet to another one in Johannesburg but the 2-3 working days delivery policy is bullshit. Its been 5 working day and I have not received any word on receiving the item.

Staff are friendly but this branch gets very busy and can become somewhat chaotic.

The postnet person was already wrapping my parcel. When the woman came in and asked for help. She asked me to step aside.
