A expansive cosmopolitan multi complex development in the heart of Carlswold an upmarket residential area in Midrand. It includes top notch facilities, 24 hour security, catering to young-up-and-coming professional first time home buyers and astute investors quietly growing their wealth.

There is too much noise in this complex.It appears as if there is no order here. The management must do something. It seems as if one is in Alexandra Township or in Tembisa .The cleanliness of the surroundings needs to given attention.Weed and weed weed is visible along the roads and below the the paving.

Great living space with good amenities. There is a decently equipped gym and a pool and play area for kids.Apartments are also decently size. My only issue with most of the modern developers is that they try and overload the complex with as many units as possible. So it really can be quite noisy at times and in general a lot of activity since its quite an expansive area.

This complex should be named the Worst End not the West end. Most useless security Estate manager that can manage nothing ITS a endless list of just the word BAD

Big residential housing complex

I moved in this complex at end 2017 during this time I have experienced in surmountable problems with the people directly above me. I have lodged a complaint with my landlord who referred the matter to the trustees to no avail. The noise level has increased drastically since I complained. The woman above me is purposefully making noise throught the day and in the evenings well past 12 p.m. She bangs constantly with intention. Very deliberate moving from room to room banging, slamming rolling every conceivable item. I was told she is a part of the board of trustees. I question the representation by the members as nothing has been done to alleviate this constant intended disturbances.Apart from this problem the security is top notch and the living space is more than adequate.Apparently there are complex rules but these appear to be overlooked by the trustees from what I have experienced.

The security in the gate the are not treated visitors nicely

Poorly managed. Has fibre issues, low speeds &,downtime, no pets allowed, no security cameras around the estate except for the Entrance Gates 5octhe estate

A very big complex, does not allow Uber’s inside . I had to walk at 2 am from the gate to my flat after a concert with swollen feet, unaccompanied as a woman.

Security are often inconsistent casing a back up at the gate. The levies are high for a complex of this size but there is a gym on site. There is fibre as well
