Friends place nice complex

Safe complex. Good security. Can be a little noisy at time. But fine overall.

The complex is spacious which is good, but there is lot of things that are wrongly done there, maintenance is bad, there is a brothel happening inside which is very bad, now there are people smuggling drugs inside our complex and the caretaker doesnt do anything about it, we scared of our life, children, and community is being ruined by so cold wicked foreigners who are doing this. They can end recruiting our young boys children in the complex. A serious action must be taken before something bad happens.😭😭😭😭😭

Ambiance is lacking residents play loud music on weekends too close to taxi rank so basically taxis park close there to be washed. I would not live here

Great spacious apartments to rent or buy.Closer to N1 Road which is very convenient and its closer to Sandridge and CarlsWald lifestyle centre. The property is old but its beautiful and spacious inside with double garage storage and outdoor garden and enuf parking for your family and friends within the property yard.

Problem apartments most of the times the electricity goes off for more than 24hrs....If not that it runs out of water the caretaker is useless all he does is gossip.Security is great thou neighbours friendly bt il never live there again even if the rent is R20.
