This particular Matrix shines in the service department. To clarify my point all Matrix outlets will order an item they dont have. This particular Matrix sourced and fetched items they didnt have in stock, for me, while I waited. Something no other outlet has even attempted to do for me. Their range is in line with what other outlets carry. But they outshine all others in service and personal assistance.

Customer service is excellent. They communicate any issues well and you get the sense they are trying to help. They are also talented, I say this due to a completely awful experience at the notebook company where I was being charged R1800 and 7 - 12 working days for a repair, These wonderful people resolved the problem at a fifth of the price and in two hours. Cannot express my gratitude enough.
