Such a great neat friendly environment. Its quiet enough to be able to work from and the coffee is delicious too. Lots of great merchandise and coffee avaliable to purchase.

They sell nice things such as their signature cups. It’s a cool spot for your coffee meetings, catch up sessions with friends and family over a cup of hot or ice coffee.

Not sure what the buzz is all about. Pumpkin flavored iced coffee something topped with fresh cream.... dhuh..... other than the brain freeze I got sipping on it so hard... there was nothing much more to write about.

It’s very quiet and the atmosphere is appropriate for studying, i find everything I need wifi, electricity and the staff is amazing.

The service is good and the layout of the cafe is great, very useful for working or a social catch up. The wifi is fast and free. My only gripe is the ordering counter is not sign posted very well and the menu board is hard to read

If you looking for a quick bite on the go while shopping. Starbucks at mall of Africa is your only option when looking for something on the healthy sides. Their ice coffee are great and I love the set up and environment that they have to offer. I had a roll filled with salad and chicken and it was heated up for me. It was enjoyable.

I think this isnt my kind of place... The vibe there was sort of gloom(maybe because of covid) the staff sluggish without any evidence of care in the world. No orders were blocked, so I can give them that... But generally the place didnt feel prestine or comfy at all.

Being a famous brand it could have used plastic alternatives. The cups and lids they use feels cheap. I felt the cup size is too huge for small.

Its my favorite, every time Im at the Mall of Africa I spare sometime to spend Starbucks for good coffee...will visit again soon

Chilled atmosphere and friendly staff. Fantastic place if you just want to pop in for a beverage and a sit down after a long day of shopping or just to get some work done. Plenty of comfortable seating and power points to keep your laptop charging. Dont expect to be able to take business calls in there as it gets quite noisy (not a drawback as that should be expected but just be aware of this). I easily spend 3 hours in there working. Would be nice if staff popped by to patrons sitting with laptops to check if they want to place an order as this can definitely boost sales and be a huge help because not many want to leave their devices lying around while they grab a refill.

I had the best experience working on my project with teammates here. At some point I felt that we had overstayed our welcome and was expecting to get chased out, but nobody bothered us. It was a refreshing environment and got my creative juices flowing. The beverages were best.

First visit and the lady at Starbucks was so helpful and kind. She took her time to talk to my niece and explain all the coffees and helped her pick the perfect one for her. I dont drink coffee so could offer no help. Thank you for treating us like people and not the next order.

One of the few Starbucks in South Africa in one of the most convenient places. This store is far larger than most of its overseas stores, which is good considering how popular it is here. Definitely worth a visit, if not for the coffee then to take in its uniquely Starbucks atmosphere

Waited half an hour for my coffee. Staff werent very helpful when I tried to follow up on the order. Turns out my order had somehow gotten lost. Quite disappointed.

Service was nice and quick and we got our order promptly. The place generally looks like it needs a sweep though as it was a bit tricky finding a place to sit because there were crumbs on the tables and couches. Other than that it seems like a nice, laid-back spot and our iced Frappuccinos were tasty and refreshing although too sweet for my palate.
