Its really not the worst nor the worst Jet ever. The range for boys clothing is really not worth the drive.

Currently under new management, however the look, feel and shopping experience is still the same. Excellent customer service from the staff.

This is where I fell in love with with the Jet Brand, the range of clothing is just awesome.

They are accepting only cash sales and its an inconvenient for some of us who are scared of moving around with cash around this time of the year. They would only tell you this when you get to the tills. Such an inconvenience after being in a Q for 30min.

Absolutely worst, found pants with no price, took those and the one right next to it that had a price tag and yet both prices were apparently wrong, even on the sale rack. Teller tells manager and manager refuses to bring the price to the sales price. Even saying its because the pants were a size bigger yet after paying and going to replace the other pants I find that the pants that were 2 sizes bigger were even cheaper. I will not recommend people go there as I was completely ripped off by that woman. Absolutely disgusting and very disappointed in this as Jet was one of my favorite places to go.

The staff are amazing. My daughter forgot her wallet there and they found her number and returned it to her in the same condition that she lost it. Great to know that there really are still honest people out there.

For the 2nd time I get robbed in a Jet store!!! First time money from my bag and now my phone right out of my pocket!!! And to top it off, I was not the only one whose phone was stolen at the same time on Sunday 22 April. This is appealing. Is it the Jet security and staff who are doing a poor job at monitoring suspicious characters or that their cameras are so poorly placed??? So, so, so disappointed. I should be compensated because their disclaimer isnt even visible.
