The store is spacious, not a lot of people inside the store. This plays in favor with the hygiene due to Covid-19 regulations.

Ordered an item December 20th and I still havent received it. Tried to email customer care and to this day there is no response. Never shopping here again

Finally decided to go here, and was pleasantly surprised. The jewelry and clothes on sale, is worth it. Bought items for less than R50 each.

The Mall is safe I saw police presence I think that gives a lot of customers comfort to shop freely including myself . Big up6!

American shop, prices r very expensive although if you are big into fashion that is good quality this is the place to go.I absolutely adore this stpre even though i do mot always buy from them. But just to look at what the overseas people sell and what their top trends are.One great review i have to include is that whem forever 21 has a sale, prices go down to a rate which is extremely affordable.The workers are also very nice and like to sing and entertain the people such as myself when looking for clothes.A happy vibe is always created as i enter their door, and this includes the security who always smiles when you enter and exits and says hope you have a good day.

You feel a child at heart with this shop. There’s really nice outfits for an outing and going out at night to party.

Just go to the sales racks a see what gold you might find. This branch is definitely better than the one in Sandton.

The stuff is very helpful and they will tell you about current promotions and nice pieces of clothing that are currently on sale.

Looks fairly cramped and overloaded, as if theyre having a clearance sale. Has no male apparel available at all.

Im a plus size woman and what I love about forever 21 is that I can get my Jean sizes easily and they comfortable and affordable

Sale items mixed with non sales items. Rail marked every thing under XYZ price but itmes way over the price majority of the goods on the rail. Cashier dismissive of teen paying for the goods until I joined my daughter at the checkout.

Was at Forever 21 last week Friday (11 August 2017) between 17:30 and 18:30 and someone stole my phone from my hand bag. I only realised my phone was missing when I went to the fitting room at the shop to try a few items I had on me. As soon as I realised my phone was not in my handbag, I took out my other phone from the same handbag and called the phone to realise it was already switched off. I then informed the lady that was assisting me at the fitting room, who then asked me what shop I was at before I went to Forever 21. When I told her I was at Woolworths she then quickly told me to go back there to see I have not forgotten my phone there or not. Without wasting anytime, I went back to Woolworths to report the matter and Woolworths security was happy to take me through their store camera footage which confirmed that I left the store with the phone in my handbag.I then went back to Forever 21 and spoke to a guy (Phumlani) who then suggested we go to the back to go through their store camera footage. He even confirmed that he remembers seeing me on the floor but he thinks the section I was at doesnt have survallance on. This I found very surprising because I could see a camera at the section I was at and when I asked him, he said the cameras are there but there is no footage. He then only showed me footage of the sections I never went to which i found to be not so useful since I never went there. He then said he couldnt help me further but will take my cellphone number in case something emerges. I was in shock more so to think a big retail store like Forever 21 situated at such a big mall like Mall of Africa, would have cameras that are not working. Honestly speaking, I didnt buy into that, I have a feeling the employees on the floor know exactly what happened to me and/or they are working with the culprits. Either that or one of them pick pocketed me.Further to my surprise, when I was at the Midrand Police Station reporting the matter, another lady came in also a victim at Mall of Africa; and her purse (with money), ID, Passport and other belongings had been taken from her handbag as well.When I was talking to people from Woolworths and Forever 21, it was indicated to me that these things happen a lot lately at Mall of Africa. So my question again would be, if this is well known why would the cameras at Forever 21 be not working? and what majors are put into place at Mall of Africa to protect consumers like myself. I was so pissed and disappointed and would tell all my family and friends to never set foot at Mall of Africa!!!!

Horrible online delivery, says its free delivery then have to pay R918 at the post office for delivery.

The worst place ever. They close before 8 and refuse to let you in. Please who knows the owners? The Sa store is terrible. Never shopping there again.
