I ordered the Magnus Dining Table, and although there was a long wait for it to arrive, I received an email every few weeks confirming progress, so I was kept fully informed. The items arrived and were extremely simple to assemble. We didnt have any instructions for the table, but after speaking with an agent on webchat, they quickly sent the instructions to my inbox.Excellent service I would certainly recommend it and order from them again in the future.

I didnt like the color they delivered. I asked for an exchange. In 2 days my sofa set was delivered. The communication was always good via call center and whatsapp. I will forever buy from you.

RED FLAG!!!!!!I called them and Melisa reassured me that they are an online store and told me all the nice things I wanted to hear.Their Turn around time is 48 hours to 7 days , I place an order on the 21st of June 2021 with order number 3906.I have been promised delivery and only when I reach out to them thats when the empty promises keep on coming, when you call the contact center its only two people you will get through Melisa and Tinashe they hang up as soon as you request to speak to their senior to escalate the matter they sound clueless and have no information for anything.I was promised delivery for the past Saturday 3rd of July 2021 however when I called them to get a tracking number since they use a 3rd party for deliveries, only to find out on Friday that there is a delay and delivery will be made on Monday 05 July 2021. They never showed up !!!!! no communication whatsoever unless I contact them they do not bother.06 July 2021- I called to find out what happened yesterday with the promised delivery again it was Tinashe or Melisa they would drop the phone because they have run out of lies to feed me, transferred me to some guy after my struggle who said to me give him 2 hours and he will come back to me with delivery details and I am not going to hold my breath I am making contact with the ombudsman and I am going to open a case for fraud I refuse to be scammed of my hard earned money and I will use every resources I have to get justice as a consumer.I see cheeky responses on the reviews, extremely disrespectful its no way of conducting a legit businesses.The long awaited delivery arrived The pictures below prove that these people are taking chances the work that they are advertising is not produced by them, the dimensions are wrong the chairs will not even fit a 120 cm table which is Ludacris!!!The chairs are dirty and smelt really bad.The legs were broken as if its a reject item the poorest workmanship I have ever seen looks like someone who was attempting DIYDO NOT EVEN TRY BUYING FROM THESE PEOPLE !!!!!I opened a fraud case because their accounts department is non existent like the fake products they produce.The delivery guy refused to leave with the chairs I did not decide to keep them these people are just liars. lies on response its pathetic

DONT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!A nightmare of an experience! I ordered and paid for the Prussia Outdoor sofa set (R12 995.00) five weeks ago and still no delivery of what I ordered. Instead they delivered something that looks totally different from what I ordered (different specs) and the workmanship is incomplete. The table was not delivered. I was promised delivery of the correct product by 15 June 2021 and still no delivery. They give different stories and false promises. Theres no customer service etiquette. They do not respond to my emails (approximately10 emails done). I have now asked for a refund and provided my bank details and nothing is forthcoming...again no response to my emails. I am now taking steps to report this to the Consumer Goods and Services Ombudsman.DONT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!In response to the owners prompt response, I spoke of unanswered emails not watsapp chats and telephone calls. The telephone calls yielded no positive results as there is still no delivery 5 weeks later and still counting. Your website says delivery within 48 hours. The telephonic communication with your staff revealed that they cant assist and cant give a definite answer. When I requested to speak to someone senior like the CEO or managing director, I was told by Mel that shes not authorized to give out that info. Mr T does not know the status of my order. Both Mel & T tell me that I should do emails and I will receive a response. Those emails were done by myself & remain unanswered! I am sorry Sir/Madam but I no longer feel confident to do business with your company. You ought to be more involved in the operations of your business. I no longer want the replacement as you have not honored your promise of delivery by 15 June 2021. I want a full refund 😕18/6/2021 - called Royal Palace for an update on the refund. Nobody can confirm that refund is done. I was told to wait 5 to 7 days for it to clear. I then asked for the proof of payment and none is forthcoming. Asked to speak to person in charge of finances, was told that she cant be reached. I then asked for her direct number and I was given two numbers that dont work.25/6/2021 - no refund received. Was promised to receive a call from Loraine (accounts department). No call received. I tried calling several times but there is no answer.PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!26/6/2021 - tried calling 3 times at 10h40. No answer.28/6/2021- spoke to Melissa who told me that she can not assist me in my refund. She said that she does not know what is going on in this matter. She can not give me a contact number for the accounts department which she claims is handling the matter.There is no customer services in this place. Nobody gets back to the customer. I have also posted this story and included the pics on Royal Palace Facebook page and every post of mine has been removed by the owner .29/6/2021 - if the goal is 100% customer satisfaction as stated in the owners replies to other recent reviews, then why am I not a 100% satisfied customer. No refund received...no replacement received.06/7/2021 - I have not heard anything from Royal Palace. No refund received. No telephone call...no replacement.

When you try get through to the call options, none of the other options work.We have been promised the delivery of the items each day since but have still not received them after close to a month. We have now given up and requested a refund. We have sent emails to request the refund, however no response is received in writing ( even though Melissa promises on the phone that she will respond.)It is with a sore heart that we realize that as a young married couple we have been scammed out of money that we saved for over a year to buy our first dining room chairs. All the fake reviewers have fake profiles, only one photo and only one review.They also claim to have been around for a long time but all their positive reviews use the same broken English grammar and spelling in order to convince you that they are a real company.Be aware of these people! They are scammers! You will lose your money and never see it again!It is being reported to SAPS and is being investigated.

This is my first time using Royal Palace, and I will most certainly use it again. Good prices and a well-presented website; I dealt with many staff members who were all very helpful. The products were exactly as advertised and arrived on time, with a very fair delivery fee. The variety of fabrics available also amazed me.

It is currently working day 17 and no goods have been delivered after numerous failed promises.I contacted the Office Park (Birchwood Court) to which the Google address belongs and no such business exists in this office park.On 17 June 2021, I requested a refund and promised that it would be refunded within 2-7 working days. My email has not been attended to and every time I call I am put through to accounts and the line simply hangs.I have not received goods nor a refund! This is not a credible business and there is no way of being put through to a higher structure in the business beyond Tenashi or Melissa. Melissa transferred me through to accounts and then cut the line and when I try calling back she does not answer.Take into account the fake identities created (with non South African names) and directly after someone provides a negative review.

We ordered a Prussia patio set and it was completely different to what was on their pics on the website. The day we received it the bars broke off. Tables were not supplied. They promised a replacement and none so far after 6 weeks there is no replacement. After more than 6 weeks and numerous phone calls and emails we decided to cancel the order and requested a refund. The staff Tinashe and Melissa keep on saying we will get a refund and none has materialized.We requested to speak to the owner or senior management to resolve and none have come forward. WE LOST R9,560!!!We purchased furniture from this site and have never received the goods! When sending through an email to request refunds there is no response. When calling Melissa she transfers me to accounts and simply puts the phone on hold wasting my airtime.

I ordered the commodus outdoor sofa set. The set arrived way late, not according to the specs as advertised. One of the chairs is half of the size. The rattan is done poorly and Ive asked for an exchange two times on which I dont get an answer.

Caution!!!Do not buy from this store. It is a scam! I drove to Midrand to view the physical store as on the Google add on their website. The security guard informed us there is no such store that exists there.Please dont make ANY eft or credit card purchases.
