I have been trying to do a SIM Swap and the lady told me to come the following day if the SIM Swap is not successful,I could see in her face that she is not willing to help me.MTN is becoming very bad in certain areas of their services and the staff is also not helpful. The only thing they do well is to sale cellphones to the customer, after that your basically on your own should u have a problem. Bad Bad very Bad service.
