Make sure that you get the vehicle inspected by a professional before you buy it . I bought an accident damaged car unknowingly.Travelled up and down. Drove 1200km in total to view vehicle and return vehicle.They do not inspect their vehicles properly. Wasted a lot of time and money. They did not once offer to compensate me for unnecessary costs I had to pay (travel costs).

Undoubtedly the best car buying and selling experience I will ever have. Any reviews here that are lower than 4 are nonsense or fake.Expert team with excellent cars. I will never buy or sell from any where else ever again. In addition they have a great cafe and car wash. If you are serious about cars and customer service then Automania is for you.

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I traded in my vehicle for another one and 30 days later, I was still being debited for a vehicle that I did not own. Upon querying with the dealership, it would appear someone forgot to do their job and complete the settlement process with the Bank. Having nice vehicles on display doesnt mean the dealership offers exceptional service, neither do they convey a high level of trust. This was my first and last experience with Automania, never again.

Direct question to the salesman ,was the car ever resprayed,salesman said car is perfect and would sell it to his mother,took it for an AA test only to come back there is not one panel on the car that hasnt been resprayed and the is an oil leek and about 20 other problems with there spotless car. Shocking service

Im based in Cape Town, bought the car on the sales person telling me the car is clean with no dents or scratches. When the car was delivered there was a dent and scratch in the passenger door. been waiting for the spare key and papers to arrive for 8 days now !!

Client satisfaction is definitely not a priority at automania. Between a partner and salesman they lie through they teeth. They wasted my time coming to JHB from DBN. Yet I asked Daryll a million times are there any scratches or paint work done on car, to which I got a comment of all marks was polished out. Then speaking to a partner who tells me they sell ferraris not junk which was certainly a lie. They level of quality and honesty is poor for a dealership that sells ferraris. The vehicle I wanted to purchase was a Bmw 2013 330d, front and back bumper and sections on body was resprayed very poorly with multiple paint defects visible. Both back doors had a gap bigger than normal. Vehicle drove well however while driving you could actually notice through the side mirrors how the rear bumper is not sitting flush to the fender. Everytime I questioned Daryll about a fault I found he would acted complacent. To try and justify this bmw he would say my car is not in a good condition based on 2 tyres being worn and because there was minor repairs done to my vehicle through vw approved panel shop. To this date I await a call from Whitey regarding all faults I found on bmw...
