The worst of the worst complex. In the last 5 months we went through power cuts and water cuts and sometimes both. The owners never pay on time rates and taxes or there is to little money to pay Eskom. Please people consider before you buy or rent here. The complex is also maintained poorly and the body cooperate does nothing.
